Frequency Friday
Language carries a frequency. Writing begins long before the first sentence. What frequency do you feel in your body before you write?

“Writing begins long before the first sentence.” 💯 🤔 That would indicate that reading also begins before the first sentence too. What happens if the reader isn’t in resonance with the frequency of the writing? Misunderstanding? The message / story falls flat? If getting still and centered before we write helps our writing, perhaps it would help our reading comprehension as well? 🤔 This is definitely worth exploring more. Thanks for sharing this @Pamela Lynch !
The Zen Den of Skool
We have the most incredible community members on Skool. I just discovered Zor's Sleep meditation on his community, Zen Den Mind. Although, it should be the Zen Den Mind Mastery because once you land in the classroom, you quickly realize Zor's gift is at the mastery level. I can't believe it took me two weeks to discover the gold hidden in his classroom. Before you pop over to his sleep meditation on YouTube, (where he has an impressive 140,000 subscribers), please help me support him on Skool: https://www.skool.com/zen-den-mastery-collective-5044/about Goodnight ... headphones on. Signal received.

The Language Portal is now open for you
Lately, I’ve been noticing how many people feel the nudge to write. They started the year believing things would be different when it came to their content or book, but haven’t quite gotten started. Not because they don’t have something valuable to share, but because the words don’t always come when they sit down. It’s easy to think it’s a time or discipline issue, or that you need a better plan. But often, it’s simply that writing hasn’t been met with the right conditions. Inside the Sacred Writing Sessions, we begin differently. We settle the nervous system, open the Language Portal, and write inside a shared field where the words can start to flow again. If you’ve been meaning to write and haven’t quite found your way to begin, you’re welcome to join us. We’re writing today at 9:00 AM PT.

👉 From Today’s Session
It's not always about writing. In today’s 30-minute session, I gathered a Sacred Writing testimonial and created a new image in Canva. Over the years, clients have shared success stories and love notes from their time writing inside the Language Portal. Today's weekly session, exclusive to Skoolers, opens the door for something remarkable to flow through you. “I intended to create content for my business and WOW... I got almost an entire business plan created.” — Melissa Dawn ✍️ If you’ve been meaning to write and haven’t quite found your way in yet, you’re welcome to join us.

What level are you at?
And then there were levels. @Rebecca B inspired me to create some fun names for the nine levels in The Language Portal Skool community. When Rebecca introduced herself in the Pinned Post* she started her intro with "Hi Portal Pals." It seemed an obvious place to start. 🌟 What Level are you at? 🌟 1 Portal Pal 2 Story Seeker 3 Clarity Finder 4 Storyteller 5 Wise Writer 6 Word Whisperer 7 Sacred Author 8 Word Alchemist 9 Portal Pro As I started to create these levels, it became clear that it follows the Language Portal Model: Coherence → Listening → Expression → Authority And to break it down a little further just for fun: 1-3 Entering the Portal (Coherence & Listening) 4-6 Finding Your Voice (Listening & Expression) 7-9 Mastering Language (Authoring Your Book and Mastery in the Portal) P.S. *Here's the link, if you haven't introduced yourself in the Intro post. The more you post, like, and comment the more you level up (in here and in the Discovery ranking).
