Fuel prices
I’m new to this but I was wondering if the brokers are paying a little more per load to compensate the uptick in fuel prices? I understand that it’s a part of the negotiation process but I was hoping to figure out if they were already penciling that in or if you just have to be prepared to have that conversation each time

Introduction
Hello all. My name is KT from the US. I am new to the dispatching world with tons of customer service experience that I’m sure will be of great use once I get rolling. I want to gain confidence from the knowledge I gain from this platform, figure out how to negotiate and how to gain and maintain good working relationships within the industry. I plan to start out making 5k a month while I’m learning within my first few months and increase at least every 3 months from there. I enjoy art, sewing and cars. Where are you all from?

@LaDedrick Washington That’s understandable. Setbacks are a part of the process. I’m thinking that I’m going to dedicate this week to digesting the info and then I can start planning by the end of the month. I don’t want to rush myself so I’m going to give myself some leg room. How’s the ship work going? Is that something you do all year round or just here and there?
