Lovely to hear from you — and honestly, that’s a perfect goal to start with 👏 Wanting to lose a bit of weight, eat better, and just get your body moving again is exactly where most of my ladies begin. You don’t need to do anything extreme or “go hard” — we focus on simple, sustainable habits that actually fit into real life. We work on: • Getting you moving in a way that feels good (not punishing) • Improving your food choices without dieting or cutting everything you love • Building consistency so the results stick

@Ashley Horne Hey Ash! So good to meet you — and first up, It's awesome how honest and self-aware you are. That already tells us a lot about why you will succeed (even if your brain likes to tell you otherwise 🙃). Fat loss of 50lb can sound huge when you say it out loud — so we’re not mentally dragging that whole number around every day. We zoom in. One habit at a time. And you’ve nailed this week’s focus already: increase movement. Simple. Powerful. Totally doable. • Motivation — we don’t rely on it. Motivation is flaky. We build structure so you show up even on the “meh” days. • Yo-yoing — usually comes from doing things that aren’t sustainable. No extremes here. No “start again Monday” energy. • Boredom with repeat meals — big nope. We rotate options, build flexible meals, and keep food enjoyable (because life). • Feeling like you’ll never reach your goal — super common… You don’t need belief in the end result, just trust in the next small step. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to be “all in.” You just need to keep moving forward — and you’re already doing that.

That pic says it all 👆 Both 2kg… one’s fat, one’s muscle. Same weight. Totally different look on your body. This is why you can: Drop a clothing size Lose 5–10cm around your waist Feel tighter, stronger, more “toned” …while the scales barely budge. You’re losing fat + building muscle – your body is re-shaping, not just “weighing less.” But the scales don’t show: Cms lost from your waist and hips How your jeans suddenly button without a wrestle How strong you’re getting in the gym How much more energy you’ve got for the day How much better you’re sleeping They just show one dumb number that jumps around with water, carbs, hormones, stress and when you last went to the toilet.😅 In JD world, cms > kilos: ✅ We track waist, hips, thighs, chest, arms every 4-6 weeks ✅ We look at progress photos & how clothes fit ✅ We celebrate strength, energy & consistency – not just scale drops If the tape measure is going down and your clothes are looser, you ARE winning – even if the scales are throwing a tantrum.
