So while cutting up some fruit I realized I can probably use this kiwi skin, strawberry tops, and grape vines as compost...I'm not sure if seed trays need this yet though. I also thought about soaking it in water and using it to water my seed trays for nutrient rich water. Good idea or bad idea?

Ok. I have started seeds before, but always used starter soil from the store. I dont want to do this as I don't want those fertilizers they use and thats why Iam here. When you soil is filled with all the different microbes it can possibly have then your plants have access to everything they could ever need. This presence of nutrients increases the plants health, color, flowers, pollen, and even the smell.
