The Q3 Accountability Thread
This is where plans stop being private. Q3 is already underway and if your plan for this quarter still lives in your head, it is not a plan. It is a mood. Moods evaporate by August. Written goals with numbers and dates do not. So here is the deal. Drop your three goals for the quarter below: Identity: who shows up in your content. Your face, your likeness, your visual self. Visibility: where you post, how often, through what date. A number and a platform, not "be more consistent." Revenue: the visual asset that supports what you are selling this quarter. One goal each. If it has no number and no date, rewrite it before you post it. Not sure how to write them? The mini lesson in the classroom walks you through the exact framework, including the Mirror Test. This thread is the check-in point for the whole quarter. First one is Office Hours on Friday July 24. I will go first. My three goals are in the comments. #q3_strategy_session

Going first, as promised. Identity: Complete my own visual ecosystem: 10 base images for each of my content pillars, done by August 15. Same assignment I gave on the strategy session. I do not teach what I do not do. Visibility: Two Substack article published every week through September 30. No skipped weeks, including travel weeks. 1 Personal + 1 Business. Revenue: The AI Identity Lab sales page goes live by July 31. It is built, three items stand between it and published, and they are done this month. See you at the July 24 check-in. Your turn.

You get a video walking you through exactly what I'd do. Sure, I have trainings and resources. But the real magic happens in the personalized feedback. No guessing. No generic advice. Just practical guidance based on where you are right now. Sometimes it's easy to compare ourselves to people who seem to have it all figured out. What we don't see are the hundreds (or thousands) of conversations, recordings, iterations, and moments spent helping people one step at a time. Progress is built in the work no one applauds. Carousel Tool
Posting the carousel I made using Lindsay's studio - I actually turned it into a reel, because my pet peeve is that Facebook posts carousels as multiple images that you can see all at the same time. Added audio and it has more views than much of my other content... thank you Lindsay! I missed this community!!

Yes I love that and have done my own that way too. And then added it to stories or reels. I also like using them in my Facebook stories, one after the other. Woohoo to more views. I will wait for your post.
