I’ve done about 5,000- 6,000 direct mail leads, and majority get returned. I’ve used ballpoint marketing but have only got one deal from direct mail back in Spring. Does everyone else experience the return rate, or is it the company/list I’m using? I pulled vacant, absentee owner lists.

Hey everyone, I’m in a market of about 90,000 properties and I currently am using SMS blasting as one of my marketing channels. I’m running into an issue however with already texting everyone in my market. I’m currently using smarter contact, and didn’t know if anyone else has resolved this problem. I’m currently texting around 2,500-3,000 people a day, but recently it’s gotten harder to find new lists to text. I’ve exported all un-responded and done a campaign with those, but all the responses are not interested. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
