🧵 Weekly Activation Thread: 7 Days of Expression Reset (3/10 – 3/16)
Welcome to Expression Reset week. This week, we're reconnecting with creative expression — not as performance, but as exploration. As play. As a way of saying "I'm still here." Each day, I'll post a new activation here. Share your creations, your reflections, your courage. This is a space where imperfect is the point. Let's create together. — Meka ✨ __________ ✨ Day 7: Integration & Celebration Today's Activation: You showed up this week. Even quietly. Even imperfectly. That matters. Reflect: What shifted for you? Energy? Clarity? Resistance? Momentum? Nothing yet? All of it? 👉 When you're done, share one sentence about your experience. And then — scroll back through this thread. See what everyone created. React. Comment. Celebrate. You didn't do this alone. __________ ✨ Day 6: Tiny Completion Today's Activation: Unfinished ideas drain creative energy. Today, we complete something small. Find one tiny creative task you've been putting off. Not a big project. Something that takes 10 minutes or less. Finish it. Done is medicine. 👉 When you're done, celebrate it here. What did you complete? How does it feel? __________ ✨ Day 5: Remember Who You Were Today's Activation: Before productivity. Before pressure. Before performance. There was a version of you who created freely. Think of something you loved creating as a child or a younger version of yourself. Now recreate it. Draw it. Write about it. Sing it. Make it in 5 minutes. Not for output. For memory. For reconnection. 👉 When you're done, share your creation. And tell us: What did you create back then? How does it feel to make it again? Then: React to someone else's memory. Comment on what moves you. __________ ✨ Day 4: Imperfect on Purpose Today's Activation: Perfection is one of the fastest ways to shut creativity down. Today, we practice intentional imperfection. Create something you would normally judge as "not good enough." Make it messy. Make it raw. Make it unfiltered. Bad sketch. Unpolished paragraph. Voice memo with no script. Blurry photo. Weird color combo.

@Demeka Tigner Very nice! I like the calm colors and the use of white space.
