For a long time, I assumed everyone experienced life the way I did. If something felt difficult for me, I thought I simply needed to try harder. Looking back, I wasn't lacking motivation. I was comparing myself to people whose energy naturally worked differently. Sometimes the greatest relief comes from realizing you were never meant to do it the same way.

Not there yet but working to differentiate my energy levels from others. I too used to marvel at the Energizer bunnies and wonder why I couldn't keep up. Still chastise myself sometimes for my lack of pep but now I can recognize those thoughts as futile.
