New on the path here, joining from the Philly area! I also found this course through the YouTube channel, and I’m focused on stress management and balance/flexibility first, and losing weight is a secondary goal. I practice mindfulness meditation, but have ADHD and I tend to get fidgety. The gentle movements of tai chi is great because it gives my body something to do while I seek to calm my racing mind. I’m excited to continue my journey! 😄
