When you head out for a walk or short hike, what’s always with you? For me (with just Ivy now) it’s pretty simple: collar, tags + bell, harness, leash, treats, sometimes air horn/bear spray, tiny first aid kit, and water (she drinks from my hydration bladder hose 💧). What’s in your quick-grab kit? • 🧀 treats (what container + where do you stash them?) • 💩 poop bags (loose, roll, dispenser?) • 🐻 bear spray or pet corrector (holster?) • 📱 phone, keys, ID, whistle, tiny first aid • 🧤 gloves, chapstick, hand sanitizer, tick key 📸 your turn! show us your setup (pic or list). Even if it’s just “phone + poop bags!”

A question I've got asked a lot over the years is; "How do I deal with off leash dogs running up to my on leash reactive dog?! ...or even the other way around! Some people know their dog is reactive and yet they don't leash or muzzle them! It's unacceptable to expect other dog owners to have to deal with an out of control dog! What do you think? I have my own suggestions, but would love to hear others...🤗
