🧬 Archetype: The Ethical Futurist ~ Architect of Human-Centered AI What I’m Currently Working On: I’m expanding my portfolio into AI-powered culture transformation for SMBs, through an AI adoption framework I created through my work in my female focused business and now implement it across my AI Agency business across diverse small and mid-size businesses. I specialize in working one-on-one with leaders and my body of work focuses on supporting teams as they integrate AI in ways that strengthen trust, communication, and operational clarity. I combine strategy and implementation to help SMBs adopt AI in a human-centered, ethical, and practical way. Open For: - SMB leadership conversations on the human + operational side of AI adoption - Readiness assessments for small and mid-size teams - Consulting partnerships with SMB founders integrating AI into daily operations - Culture and workflow transformation projects as teams adapt to AI - AI automation + workflow innovation projects - Thought-leadership features, panels, or workshops on ethical and practical AI - Founder-to-founder collaborations that lead to applied AI solutions across industries - Keynote speaking engagements, Podcasts & Event Fun / Origin Story: At 11, I walked into a newspaper office alone of my own volition, my heart pounding, with nothing but a binder of hand-drawn comics and the courage to ask for a chance, and they published my work! It was a brave moment; it revealed the grit, the willingness to bet on myself, and the resilience I’d rely on through every reinvention and every challenge life set in front of me, including today. It’s the same tenacity I now bring to SMB founders and the women I coach one-on-one, helping them trust their instincts, lead with courage, and build what they once thought impossible. :)

@Josette Williams 😊 Thanks…that’s where I pinpoint my entrepreneur spirit was ignited. I will never forget the kind man who owned the newspaper that allowed me to bring my cartoon stripe in once a week for the entire summer for free! Kindness can go a long way. There is more to this story I will share one day.

AI Headlines This Week: Power, Fairness, and Heat
Hey everyone 👋 The AI world feels like one long debate right now, about who owns innovation, who defines ethics, and who keeps the servers from melting. Here are the biggest shifts this week: 🔥 1 | Perplexity vs Amazon – “Corporate Bully” or Customer Protector? Amazon sent a legal notice to Perplexity to block its Comet shopping agent from buying on Amazon. Perplexity fired back, accusing Amazon of “using legal threats to block innovation.” This showdown could shape how AI agents are allowed to act on behalf of humans across the open web. 👑 2 | Fei-Fei Li Receives the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering The godmother of AI was honoured by King Charles III for creating ImageNet; the dataset that helped machines “see.” She’s the only woman among seven AI pioneers recognised this year. Her speech called for “science-based, pragmatic conversations” about AI’s future. 🧠 3 | Microsoft’s “Magentic Marketplace” Where AI Agents Lie, Cheat, and Learn Microsoft built a simulated market to test how AI agents buy, sell, and negotiate. Results? They got overwhelmed, misled each other, and struggled to collaborate. It is a fascinating (and slightly terrifying) peek into how AI behaves when it meets its own kind. ⚙️ 4 | AI Infrastructure Heats Up — Literally Engineers are racing to cool GPUs that run nonstop model training. New liquid-metal systems promise efficiency boosts and fewer melted servers. 💭 AI this week is about power: who owns it, who shares it, and who overheats it first. What do you think?

Every week it’s the same tug-of-war, innovation vs control, vision vs ego. What I see isn’t just tech fighting tech; it’s people fighting to define trust. AI doesn’t scare me. What scares me is how fast we forget the human in the loop.😵‍💫

@Lenise K Absolutely! I see it all over…we are navigating through chaos right now, no wonder people feel threatened and overwhelmed.
Built a Custom Career Compass App for My Sister's Birthday
My sister's birthday was last week, so I built her a custom app called Career Compass. She's constantly figuring out her next career move - which course to take, which direction to go - and we have endless conversations about it. She already has a PhD, but she's a lifelong learner (runs in the family, I think). Here's where it gets exhausting: whenever she decides on a direction, I'm the one rewriting her CV, drafting cover letters, and formatting journal articles for publication. So I thought, why not build an app that does it all for her? What I built: - Course Checker - Evaluates whether a course aligns with her stated career goals from onboarding - Degree Explorer - Reviews new directions against what she said she wanted to achieve - CV Updater - Tailors resumes to specific jobs - Cover Letter Generator - Creates customized cover letters - Journal Article Formatter - Formats articles for publication - Mindless Moments - Drawing tool (for her or her three kids) that saves and emails creations The Course Checker and Degree Explorer are particularly useful because they reference her onboarding answers and help her evaluate whether new opportunities actually align with what she wants for her life right now. It's like having accountability built in. I was genuinely excited about this. It was my first time working with encryption on the backend, so it's actually pretty secure. I'm proud of it. Her reaction? Not impressed. She felt like I was trying to remove myself from the equation (guilty as charged). Her exact response: "I'm still gonna call you anyway." So after all that work to free up my time, she plans to ignore it completely. We'll see what happens when I start saying no. It's a boundaries thing at this point. The kicker? When I mentioned I could sell this to other people, she got defensive: "No, it's mine!" But she doesn't plan on using it. That's little sisters for you. Has anyone else built something for family only to have them completely ignore it?

@Lenise K You build something thoughtful, secure, and genuinely useful…and they still want you, not the system. That’s raw human emotion. AI fear showing itself even in family settings. You can present this to her as part of your legacy, it could be modified adjusted in years to come and be passed down to her children from their aunt. Perhaps she will she the real value it holds. Because let’s be honest, we know you built this out of love for her and for you. If you truly didn’t care, you wouldn’t have put all of the time and effort into it. :) The “coddle coddle” detail absolutely cracked me up, though. That’s the perfect blend of love, history, and inside-joke engineering. You didn’t remove yourself, you extended yourself in a way that’s sustainable. Family will cling to the version of us they’re used to, even if the upgraded version makes everyone’s life easier. Doesn’t change the fact that what you built is smart, scalable, and has real legs if you ever decide to offer it more widely.
⚡️ The Most Epic Prompt You Could Ever Ask ChatGPT
I asked ChatGPT what it thought was the most epic, powerful, world-changing prompt someone could ask it. It said the ultimate prompt would: 💡 Combine vision + strategy + creativity ❤️ Invoke emotion and purpose 🌍 Give permission to think at world-changing scale And it said this is the kind of prompt that does exactly that 👇 “You are my visionary co-creator. I want to build something that changes the world. Start by outlining the concept, the feeling it creates in people, the story behind it, and the first 3 steps I should take today to make it real.” It said that’s the kind of prompt that lights up every circuit, blending imagination, innovation, and execution. Heres a few more “power prompts,” 👇 🔥 For Vision “Help me articulate my life’s grand mission in a way that moves hearts, attracts allies, and defines the next decade of my work.” ⚙️ For Creation “Co-build with me: a scalable, world-class business model that merges creativity, technology, and community impact.” 💫 For Transformation “Recode my current limitations into clarity and momentum. Down the rabbit hole I went… but this one was a good one. Funny how prompts like this can pull insights out from under all the systems, learning, and constant execution.
