No Live Stream Today
Hey everyone, Just a quick update, there won’t be a live stream today. I’ve taken a short break to recharge and reset. Thank you for your understanding and for being here. 🙏🏻 See you soon. 💫
New Meditation is Available in Classroom
This meditation is a reset for your entire system. When you feel overwhelmed, your energy field is often scattered, reactive, and overloaded with input. In this practice, you’re not just calming the mind; you’re consciously informing your field to return to harmony. You shift from chaos to coherence. From tension to flow. From mental noise to inner alignment. You are reminding your system what balance feels like. Over time, your energy stops organizing around stress and starts organizing around clarity, steadiness, and ease. This is the shift: from overwhelm… to harmony. Enjoy! Daily Wins 🚀
For all new members: We are doing a daily commitment check, where you choose to stay committed to something you would like to do but have been procrastinating on for any reason. It helps you hold yourself accountable and also inspires others to do the same. This community will help you grow if you are willing to grow. Each day, when you finish your activity, copy the sentence below to track your progress, briefly share what you did, and receive feedback if you’d like: Sentence: Date: ____ ✅ Done — (Briefly describe what you completed. You can also share links or anything related to your work if you’d like feedback.) Example: Activity: Spend 20 minutes brainstorming ideas for my 5-year vision ✅ Done Remember, keep it simple. What matters is consistency, not how much you do.

4.25.26 Had an incredible ride today with @Maja Jerman. It's been a while since I've been enjoying that much on my bike. I had wanted to “climb” this road for a long time, so we finally took the time to do it. Pushed a little bit more than usual, only to be reminded, that our bodies are capable of so much more than we believe. It’s very good to challenge yourself frequently to take an extra mile or a few. Definitely a win for today. ✅ “How will I know who I can become if I don't give myself the chance to try new things, to push myself beyond my normal boundaries? Who might I be if I am away from the things that I currently use to define myself?” - Eileen Cook

April 27th, Recorded and published a lesson 21, for module 2: Day 21 – Installing New Emotional Baselines ✅ 💫 Just know that this daily wins are not about doing the biggest thing or proving anything to anyone, it’s about showing up for the actions you’d usually avoid, and choosing growth in moments where you once chose comfort.

@Krystal Schulze Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad that message resonated with you. 🙂🙏🏻
Discernment
@Gašper Dolinar Would you please discuss when others should feel safe or not to discuss their personal life or spiritual journey? I find that we are gathered in protected places such as this through Him, so there's love & peace there. We are still human though and many harmful things are happening, so there's this feeling of needing to be quiet. How would you say we should deal with that? THANKS 🙏😊

Hey Krystal, thank you for your question, it’s a very important one. What I know from my life is that, when it comes to sharing, I wait until I feel safe enough to share. But as I share, I don’t just share any thought or feeling I have, but only what is most clear at the moment. And if the feedback is supportive, I can see, that next time I can go a little bit deeper. Always trust the energy that you feel. But don't mistake fear for being heard for an idea “it's not safe at all”. I often say, that you need to break the ice of silence, but, then you don’t need to just share everything all at once. Learn from how your sharing was accepted and how you felt after it (lighter or heavier) so you can experience the energy of the community when they hear your story. Vulnerability is a very sacred personal moment, it must be exposed, but not too much to fast from my experience. We will touch on this in our next live session. In case something inappropriate happens in the community, we will address it and talk about it so we understand the shadow of certain reactions and how to respond to them. So also such events lead to supportive realisation. I hope this answers your question. 🙏🏻

@Lor Switaj Hey Lor, you don't need to apologize for sharing too much. If you felt the need to share and you did, it's great that you did. That's why we build this space, so everyone can become more comfortable speaking up, showing up, and bringing into the light who they really are. It takes time, courage, and repetition. So your voice is heard and appreciated. 💚
