Chris here, and I'm here to share my AI journey!
I'm currently using AI for my SEO consultancy: client check-ins, site audits and visibility reports for local businesses, including how visible they are in AI assistants like ChatGPT. Right now I'm at the building structured systems stage. I run my work through a local setup where each recurring job is its own small pipeline with its own files and instructions. One thing that caught my attention from this lesson is the idea that the folder structure itself is the agent's architecture: each stage only reads the context it needs, and you can follow what happened by looking at the files. This matters to my work because I handle several clients at once, and their data has to stay separate and traceable. When a report says something, I want to see exactly which input it came from. I'm excited to learn how to turn my SEO workflow into something my coachees can run themselves, step by step. I also want to see how structured approaches to AI can help me build more reliable systems with less guesswork. That includes a tool I'm building that sits between a user and an LLM and masks personal data before anything leaves the machine.

@Arne-Per Heurberg Hi!
Asking Claude To Help Setup ICM
I have been using Claude Code, Cowrk, and Chat for more than 2 years. I built my existing folder structure before Cowork was even a thing, so all of my AI project folders are on my root folder where Documents, Desktop, Downloads, and the other system folders are located. By the time Cowork was released I had already built several apps with repos, databases, and deployments that relied on my current folders staying right they were or I would have to rebuild everything. Now I'm trying to modify this mess of a structure, which as a global ~.claude/CLAUDE.md file that is now over 1MB, which by markdown file standards is the bloat of all bloats. I just updated the icm-architect skill to use AGENTS.md files instead of CLAUDE.md, but in the global hidden folder, this does not work, because it is ONLY Claude specific. So, as I'm making these changes I'm getting pushback from Claude. The biggest is routing. Here's my question. Claude code uses the .claude folder, so I can't get around this. Should the CLAUDE.md file be a duplicate of the AGENTS.md at the ~root folder, in my case? Right now my ~/AGENTS.md file has 11 global rules, mapping to all the project folders, and instructions to use the icm-architect skill for creating new projects.

isnt the entire idea of the folder level CLAUDE.md that its instructions for that folder if you move it to .claude/ thats global instructions maybe I am misunderstanding what you are trying to do?
Hello to the Fam
Hey Clief Notes fam! 👋 I'm Chris and I'm stoked to be here. 🙋 A little about me: I'm based in Maarn, Netherlands, and I run CK Consultant, where I help small businesses and freelancers get found on Google and in AI assistants like ChatGPT (SEO + GEO). I also coach a few people who are learning SEO themselves. On the side I handle customer support and finance ops for a breathwork company. Just this last week I delivered my first ICM like system to a coach/educator to turn his voicenotes into context with the intent to eventually write a book. 🎯 My current goal: Two things: turn my SEO work into a repeatable workflow for clients and coachees, and build my own SaaS product. 💪 What I'm currently building/working on: - A PII masker that sits between a user and an LLM and automatically strips out personal data (names, emails, IDs) before anything reaches the model. It's all deterministic code, with no AI in the masking path, so you can trust what gets through. - My own SEO toolkit built on Claude Code: a findability check for Google + AI answers, and a per-client check-in that pulls Search Console and GA4 into one note. 🤔 My biggest struggle or question right now: Splitting my time between client work and building the product. How do you protect build time when client work keeps filling the week? And for those who've shipped a SaaS: how did you find your first real users to test with? Let's get it! 🚀

Stopping Those Thieving %$^&#*s
Hi all, got a question about security. In particular, existing content and stopping it from being stolen. Some of my clients live in the "paid course/paid monthly report" teaching/info space. Lately, nearly all the measures we've had in place for stopping duplication of product and reselling at ridiculously low prices has become ineffective. Cease and desist is ignored (not that it was ever really listened too) and of course its expensive and time consuming. Water-marking has become a joke with AI being able to remove them. Placing product behind any type of existing protection also seems to be easily subverted. We've even found out about a $10,000 product being bought collectively by 10 people, copied by hand/AI and re-packaged across the globe at a fraction of the cost (making them a fortune by the way). It's a racket I tells ya. So I thought I'd come to you, the brains trust, to see if anyone has some up-to-date sneaky-ass (maybe even AI driven) methods to stop these thieving $%&#*%s. Thank you in advance.

@Aaron Parker not as a preventative measure but it can be a value add on the other side, okay you can pirate the course but you miss out on the agents that is trained on the material and has custom tools that will help you implement what you are learning at scale and increase you odds of success
