Success Doesn't Happen Overnight—It Happens Every Day
Everyone loves the idea of success, but very few people enjoy the process it takes to get there. The small actions you take today may not seem like much, but they compound over time. Reading one chapter, learning one new skill, making one sales call, posting one piece of content, or improving by just 1% every day can completely change your future. Don't compare your Chapter 1 to someone else's Chapter 20. Every expert was once a beginner who refused to quit. Stay consistent, trust the process, and remember: progress is always better than perfection.

How to get sleep QUALITY, not just quantity...
Not getting quality sleep can impact just about everything else in your life. Really. If you've felt "off" and can't quite figure out why, consider your sleep. - Depends on my mood! Sometimes chocolately, sometimes fruity. Sometimes fruit dipped IN chocolate.... - Cake - Pie. I'm not a huge ice cream fan. Sometimes fruit pies a la mode... - Homemade, for sure. I love to bake! - Ehhh.... I'd like to say all mine, but I have kids and @Mike Richardson so I usually end up sharing. - Gummy. Sour gummy worms - Lol eat it.

The reason selling feels gross (and the fix that actually works)
Can I get on my soapbox for a minute? Most of us were taught that selling = convincing. So we write our posts like we're building a case. We stack the features (it's worth $$$$!). We add the urgency. We throw in a bonus (or two) and hope that tips it. And then... we feel a little weird afterward. And still don't have the conversions. 🤷‍♀️ 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Convincing someone to buy something they're not ready for is exhausting – for you AND for them. But reminding someone that the thing they already want exists – that feels completely different. (The shift is small. The result isn't.) Instead of "here's why you should buy this" – try writing from the angle of "here's what becomes possible when this problem is solved." Describe the after. Not the features. The feeling and emotions and beautiful visual description of the after. Because nobody buys a course or program or membership just because they really want to sit and go through a course. They buy the version of themselves who they hope will be at the end of it. Share the after, and then let the features be the proof. Ok. Stepping down from my soapbox 😜

@Sha'mya Jones Yes! Honestly, this approach works especially well when you’re just starting out. You don’t need a long track record — you need to be clear about the transformation. Describe who your beta offer is for, what life looks like after, and let that do the work. And if the process you’re selling worked for you, then your transformation becomes your first story you can share 😊

@Tori Studer I definitely get that feeling! That first step of putting something out there is definitely a lulu lol. But here's the distinction that might help: you're not actually in the dark about the transformation. You KNOW what you're building toward. You know what you want people to feel and experience at the end. Testimonials and case studies don't create the transformation - they confirm it. They give you more language to help define the transformation and stats and stories you can share with the next people in line. But I'm willing to bet you don't build something not knowing what you hope someone is going to get out of it!
