Big Shout Out To Jerry!
Hey Gang! One of the biggest changes in my life has been finding people who can help me organize, create and deliver on a better experience for the RBLD Project community. In my previous working life I did everything on my own. There were things that I knew was terrible at & I either did them (which often failed) or I avoided them all together. The end result of this was a lot of misery on my end as I wasn't happy with what I produced & a less than optimal experience for my clients. About 3 years ago @Jerry Rivera started working with me and he has been a massive help. He very willingly will put up w/sudden changes in what we are doing/have done- Example: After I hit end last night in VIP I have been going over how the 2 sessions went and this morning while shoveling snow I decided we needed to make a massive shift in the tone of our entire slide deck. What that means for Jerry is that he is going to have to recreate all of the slides for this challenge. The best part is that he does it with a smile on his face & also does a FAR BETTER job of it than I would... So, please give Jerry a well done in the comments. All of the backstage RBLD Community stuff you all see is from his hard work & talent.

@Jerry Rivera is amazing 🤩 I’m sure he will blaze through the slide project and be on to next big thing you’re cookin’ up! 🚀
What’s Your Plans For This Weekend?
Hey Gang! What’s your plans for this weekend? We are putting up our second Christmas tonight with our son & his girlfriend. Here’s a pic of our downstairs Christmas 🎄. Tomorrow morning there’s a big Jiu Jitsu testing at the gym so I’m going to go to that. It’s great to see people I have been training with over the past 9 years improving their skills & confidence. Our son is an assistant wrestling coach at his old high school & they have a tournament tomorrow. So I am going to head to that after Jiu Jitsu. Sunday is probably gonna be pretty chill. Maybe Melissa and I will go catch a movie or something. Share your plans in the comments!

This Hit Me Hard During Squats This Morning
Morning Forge Fam 🔥 While I was suffering through my 10 sets of squats this morning, I was listening to Tim Ferriss interview Ben Patrick (aka Knees Over Toes Guy). Tim said something that really stuck with me — not just about training, but about life: 👉 Minimal Effective Dosage (MED) — what’s the least amount we can do and still achieve the results we want? I’d never thought of it this way before, but it’s exactly what I’ve been trying to do with The RBLD Project. I love helping people overcome injuries so they can become the active, capable humans they want to be. At first, that means applying MED: ✅ What are the most effective movements to help you get out of pain and move better? Then, once we’ve got momentum, we slowly build volume and bridge the ability vs. demand gap — building strength, mobility, and endurance so you can safely handle more. Eventually, we have to ask the deeper question:Who do you want to become physically — and what does that look like in your training? I’ve also realized something over the years… most people aren’t like me.And I don’t mean that as a brag — I just love to train. Most people train because they know it’s necessary if they want to thrive into their later years. That’s why I’m here — to help you become kick-ass at any age, and stay that way for life. End of sermon 😆 Here's the link for the episode if you want to give it a listen https://youtu.be/PELnYpZedWo?si=chNXc0yPcS9d02Xu

Great episode! I just wanted to share that I’m already learning how to focus on real, targeted training and true rehabilitation. It’s making such a difference for me, and I’m really grateful to be here. 🙏🏽
Here's My Win- What's Yours?
Hey Forge Fam, Happy Friday! The greatest wins aren't the PRs; they're the reclamation of your passion. This week, I received a text that perfectly captures the mission of The RBLD Project: "The greatest gift anyone can receive is reduced pain. Thank you so much! I feel better every day."(See image attached!) This is the client who was thinking about giving up Jiu Jitsu due to a chronic hip flexor injury that started last January. The vital role of progressive resistance and movement restoration was completely missed by the old industry model. The RBLD Project is the solution I wish I had 28 years ago. We don't wait; we diagnose the root and rebuild structural integrity. 📊 Poll: What Was Your Biggest Win This Week? Let's see where the structural breakthroughs happened this week! Vote below! 🏆 Share Your Win! Post in the comments which win (A, B, C, or D) you chose, and tell us briefly how it happened! 👇

Happy Friday! I chose “C”. After dealing with major limits from fibroids, I finally had them removed and I’m easing back into full workouts again. This week I made it through two core-focused sessions 😊 feeling strong and so grateful to be moving again!
Favorite Place To Workout?
Hey Forge Fam! As I was hitting my workout this morning in got me thinking where do you all get your workouts in? My office is really my home gym that we built about 3 years ago. I love being able to come out and get a workout in or mess around with some ideas whenever I want. I do however miss the socialization that happens at the gym once in a while. But not enough to get a gym membership 🤣 Where is your favorite place to workout?

Home Gym - Perfect for those random urges to workout that would NEVER happen if I had to get dressed then drive somewhere.
