Today’s goal is to overcome the challenges of yesterday, like my previous post about not giving up, today’s task is to not shout and paddy at something I was asked to make. Il admit there was a few naughty words said 🤣 and you know what that’s ok, because we can’t be expected to stay calm and collected 24/7 sometimes a little challenge and chaos is needed to get you fired up to be sprung into action. My end of the week win would be, preparing mentally for a medical test, which brings out a trauma response anxiety overload. But all was good as they didn’t do it like they normally would, which was a huge relief. And the test was that quick, it actually took longer to get redressed than the actual test 🤣. Have a wonderful weekend everyone, what are you guys upto? Tomorrow is my nieces birthday and Sunday is operation Christmas tree/decorations 😁🎅🏼🦌☃️

At first you don’t succeed, try and try again. Not everything will go your way the first time, don’t be put off of trying again, finding alternatives and different solutions. Never give up!!
