@Lachy Sawtell Hey! My 2025 will have different priorities than my usual, I want to make sure I stay consistent with my training and nutrition in winter in north america.. short daylight and cold etc may be challenging. For the second half of the year, it will be about finding a new routine and prioritising moving my body and nourishing it in different ways than I am used to. I also want to try new ways to move by body before 2025 eg boxing and reformer pilates to switch things up ๐Ÿ˜
