NEW APP UPDATE - Automatic Local Storage
FOR CONTEXT: I am developing a new app called "Story Craft: Designed by AI Animators, for Ai Animators" It will be an AI platform that guides you and makes the production of AI Animations smooth. For this, in our weekly Friday Classes, we discuss the actual production process you are doing for you AI Animations, and you can request for features so the app does the hard work for you. Beta testing is available for free for AI Animation Masterclass Students. --------------- The "Auto Local Storage" update is now official. Feature requested by @Arlene Dilworth and @Helene J You can now you can activate local storage so every image you create is automatically saved in your computer. You can create multiple projects and whatever project you have created can be connected to a different folder in your computer. When you click on it and you assign a folder, it will ask for your permission to allow this app to save files on your computer automatically after being created. This will save you the hassle of having to download every single image. And you can just go to your computer and delete the images you don't like, and from the app itself if you are connected to Dropbox, you can just, with one click, backup your images to the designated Dropbox folder. NEXT: Feature requested by @Thomas Jennings - Batch character adjustments (1 character, 1 prompt, multiple image files of character expressions)

NEW APP UPDATE - Multiple Image Choices with Grid Selector + Upscale for
Here is a little demo of the new features: - 3x3 Grid → Great to get multiple choices in one single image. This is great for creative artists who need to select from a gallery of options. - Grid selector that allows you to isolate and expand one choice from the 3x3 grid - Upscale that image. - And remove background. And at the end you have all files automatically downloaded. You save so many clicks by not having to open an image editor and do this tedious manual work. Prompt I use to create my 9 variation options: "Create 9 variations in a 3x3 grid. All slots should have the full body shot of the character. No parts of the character should be cropped. White Background" And with that you can have 9 options, and then select the one you like the most. If you are interested in testing this new app for animators by animators, send me a DM.

My Pipeline For My Animations
My characters evolved from characters in Adobe Character Animator and AI using Galaxy/Magica. I wrote the script and recorded it. Then I broke it down each character's dialogue line by character line, and used Magica/Eleven Labs to create the female voice, while keeping my own for the male character. I created different emotional facial expressions for each character relative to the animatic I created. I used Adobe Photoshop and Firefly, and sometimes, Galaxy/Magica. I also created different clothing for each, as well as for the BG environment I wanted them to act in using PS. I used "generative fill", remove BG, "generative expand" and other tools to create the layers of depth through parallax, I needed. I used Adobe After Effects as my primary video editor for each "partial". And I am using Premiere Pro for my final assembly (hopefully to be completed in a week or two). In AE, I create comps for each line of dialogue, character, and BG. I keyed the green/blue BG out using the Corridor Key by Blace plugin. I added an inner shadow to each character using the Shadow Studio 3 plugin. And I reduced the BG opacity to 50% to de-emphasize it, separate it from the character to create viewer focus. I made the layers 3D so I could apply a plugin called "AnimateParallax", along with a camera, to create the parallax motion effect. I used another plugin for AE called Railcut, in conjunction with the AE timeline to string the lines of dialogue and characters together. Railcut is nice to use because it makes the timeline look like Premiere Pro, and is easy to work with. To create videos clips from images, I created start and end frames for each line of dialogue, and use Kling 3 Pro to make the video. Occasionally, I used iClone for a specific motion I wanted and exported it using a mannequin with the assigned motion, as an MP4. I used Kling Motion Control those times. When I achieved an acceptable video, I kicked that video over to Dzine for the lipsyncing. For closeups, I let Dzine generate some motion and facial expression from a still image. It does a very nice job. I returned those final clips to the AE associated comp, and turned off the eyeball for the animatic still image. That is one thing I very much like about using AE. The process of progressing from animatic to motion video. I will primarily use Motion Array for music and sound effects. Though I have a few alternate resources. I probably left something out. So, please ask, if you have questions. I will also say that, without serious organization of all the audio track, images, videos, comps, sequences, and preliminary renders, you will have serious delays and issues, as I have.

Here I had a reformat to make it easier to read for me: 1. Character Creation - Built characters using Adobe Character Animator and AI tools (Galaxy/Magica) 2. Script & Voice Recording - Wrote and recorded the script - Broke dialogue down line by line, per character - Used Magica/Eleven Labs for the female voice - Kept his own voice for the male character 3. Facial Expressions & Art Assets - Created emotional facial expressions per character, matched to his animatic - Tools used: Photoshop, Firefly, occasionally Galaxy/Magica - Designed different clothing per character - Built BG environments in Photoshop using Generative Fill, Remove BG, and Generative Expand to create parallax depth layers 4. Compositing in After Effects (primary editor for "partials") - Created a comp for each line of dialogue, character, and background - Keyed out green/blue BG using Corridor Key by Blace - Added inner shadow using Shadow Studio 3 - Reduced BG opacity to 50% to separate it from characters and sharpen focus - Made layers 3D and used AnimateParallax + a camera for parallax motion - Used Railcut (styled like Premiere's timeline) to string dialogue and characters together 5. Image-to-Video Generation - Created start/end frames per dialogue line - Used Kling 3 Pro to generate video clips - Occasionally used iClone for specific motions, exporting a mannequin with assigned motion as MP4 - Used Kling Motion Control in those cases 6. Lip Sync & Closeups - Sent acceptable videos to Dzine for lip syncing - For closeups, let Dzine generate motion/facial expression from a still image - Brought final clips back into the associated AE comp - Turned off the animatic still image ("eyeball off") once motion was in place 7. Final Assembly - Uses Premiere Pro for final assembly (in progress, expected in 1-2 weeks) 8. Music & Sound - Primarily uses Motion Array for music and sound effects, plus a few alternate sources
