Up until now, I’ve been running all of our workshops live for everyone. Then I’ve been moving the replays behind Premium. And I’ve LOVED doing that — because I genuinely want this space to be generous. BUT something clicked for me this week. Someone commented that this feels like a fully paid group… And it made me realise something important: If everything feels free, there’s no real reason to upgrade to Premium (apart from the replays + templates ofc, which ARE insanely valuable). But Premium really should feel different. So moving forward… Some workshops… especially the deeper, implementation-heavy, STRATEGY sessions… will be Premium-only from the start. NOT because I’m pulling back value.
