Here is what a Professional Dispatcher’s day looks like:
Are you still ready to be a professional dispatcher and start this job? Thank you @Christian Chamboneth!!! 🕒 The Daily Schedule of a Pro Dispatcher (What It Really Looks Like)⬇️ If you want to become a professional dispatcher (not just someone who books loads all day), your daily routine matters just as much as your skills. A pro dispatcher has structured time to communicate effectively and keep one step ahead of the freight market. Here's what one real day looks like: 🌅 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Prime Booking Hours That's when the best-paying loads drop. A pro dispatcher already knows: Which states are hot today? Where their drivers are What RPM they need to hit And which lanes to avoid Example: If your Reefer is finishing in Chicago at 9 AM, you already have 3–4 load options pulled before the driver even calls you. 📞 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Negotiation + Load Planning This is when dispatchers are: Calling brokers Rate negotiation Send carrier packets Lining up tomorrow's options Example: You book a Flatbed load delivering tomorrow morning, then immediately start scouting outbound freight from that delivery city. Pros are always one load ahead. 🍽 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Midday Check-Ins Quick updates with drivers: “How's the pickup?” “Any delays at the receiver?” “ETA still good?” You also update brokers to keep the relationships tight. Example: If your Dry Van driver is stuck at a warehouse, you message the broker early to set expectations this is where detention gets paid. 📊 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Paperwork & Market Awareness This block is for: Rate cons PODs Bills Researching today’s market moves Example: You notice rates are dropping in the Southeast this week, so you start routing your trucks toward stronger Midwest lanes. 🧭 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Tomorrow’s Strategy A professional dispatcher never starts the next day blind. This is where you: Create your lane diagram Look into hot zones Prep load concepts Confirm driver availability Example: You call your driver: “You'll drop in Oklahoma City at 10 AM tomorrow — I'll have a high-paying load ready before you empty out.”

I read it more than once, but this is exactly what I intended to do. This way, I ensured that I was on the right path and knew what I was doing.

Who would like to be ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS? I'm looking for either one accountability partner or a few that make up a small group, where we share 🗣️📢 what we're going to do and within 24 hours or less, its done ✅and we discuss it based on the video lessons, then we come back right here and share what we've accomplished for our new dispatching business. This will keep us compliant within this group and keep Gurpreet in the know of our winning activities by posting them here. I was always told that successful people execute fast and are very slow to change their minds. Who is interested in becoming an accountability partner? I'm currently working on video # 5 and going through the book that Gurpreet recommended, "$100M OFFERS" by Alex Hormozi. I opted into the audiobook on Audible and I started listening to it today, while on my daily walk. I got so inspired by listening to the audiobook, I stopped and talked to a group of guys where there was a tow truck in the front yard of a hours... after seeing two big trucks in the neighborhood. I wasn't expecting a specific result, I just needed to tell someone about my irresistible offer, afterward I gave the homeowner (tow truck driver) one of my old insurance cards. (he asked about some insurance... lol). I'll make me a digital card tonight before I go to bed (I've used https://www.hihello.com And I'm not affiliated with them in any way. I've created a real estate card with them before and it was rather simple to do). So next time I get the urge to share my new $1M Offer to my real niche market, I will be positioned to have them scan my card's QR code with their cell phone and I'll have their contact info, and they'll have mine, as well.

Follow the free and paid courses, work hard and smart, and you will reach your goal. I don't know how long it will take, but you will eventually. Don't worry about the time; just focus on your work and effort. This course is enough to make you a millionaire. The faster you work and the harder you strive, the faster you will reach your dream. I just want you to believe in yourself and in the course because it truly is the best course and the best lessons.

👋 Hi, I’m Karmen Hi my name is Karmen I live in Detroit Michigan and I plan on making $10000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. Learn how to dispatch, find and book loads. 2. Learn how to negotiate rates. 3. Learn different techniques to be successful in this industry . For fun I like to do these 3 things: I like to go to the movies in my spare time Go bowling with friends and family Play a good game of spades

Welcome! I wish you all the best. I'm happy you've joined us.
I practiced planting a few (Irresistible Offer) seeds today
Today, while on my walk I pitched my irresistible offer (that Gurpreet shares in the training and in the book, "$100M Offers", by Alex Hormozi) to a group of guys where I saw a tow truck. I dropped my offer, "if you know anyone looking for loads, for a limited time only I'm offering 7 days without a fee, in exchange for a testimonial of working with me". I looked at it like I was planting seeds, whenever I'm out the house and while I'm still learning. It felt good.
