I finished the 5day challenge yesterday. And when I say "finished", I mean "ADHD-finished" 40-60% each day. Something that had never felt as "enough" in my life before. So, I can see that as a huge success of this challenge. The full report I received was beyond what I could imagine! I cried a lot while I was reading it. I saw my therapist's words in it, my soul's whispers and my whole life's struggles and pain. I will use it as a life guide from now on. I will share it with my therapist and coaches, maybe with some of my loved ones. I totally recommend you to reach to this point and get your report. It will take a huge burden from your shoulders, and give you clarity for your true self. It's the first time I become a member of a group with people that "get me", which is precious but still awkward. Thank you @Jim Ebbelaar for what you have created here 🙏✨

Im not quite finished with Day 5 of the free exercises and at almost 60, I have tried many.programs. Before i signed up last week, i had just tried a new therapist and was feeling more frustrated un-seen and misunderstood after the first appointment... It was in an act of desperation that i started the ADHD Harmony challenge and I was both skeptical and cynical. Today, i can say it's changed my outlook more than anything else i have tried over the years..(and i havent even gotten my final report!) Thank you @Jim Ebbelaar for this generous act of sharing so much substance in a free offer. I suspect I will go on to the 6 week program...I've been needing this, as well as a community where i feel seen.
