At the beginning of the quarter in April I started working on my 90 day plan. I set a goal of 9 transactions a month! Yesterday I reviewed our goal we have exactly 9 transactions 🤗 Today is May 2nd and we have 2 contract!!! It’s amazing when you make a plan and work on it. Even if it’s not perfect. You improve and increase and hit your goals. What you think about you bring about!

I am working with my Operations manager and reviewing our 90 day plan! Here is what I am working on. I will keep you posted on how it is going. It was great hearing everyone's blockers, I realized we are all dealing with the same blockers. It was great advice that Isaiah gave us. Then also having Lashonda and Tommy holding me accountable is really going to help ( Thanks you two) I am planning on hitting 20 transactions this month with the challenge that is 1 a day! So far I am on track! Today is when I need to really make it happen.

I am getting so excited about my agent attraction ads I have been running through REN they are really getting dialed in and I had 33 leads this week. The BEST part is the AI set me up 5 appointments and they all went really well! This is a game changer for me.
