I'm starting to sweat my accountably numbers for this week, guess I have to keep going. Still refining my daily schedule.

My pipeline is full and I am working on developing better behaviors everyday! I am so determined to make 2026 the BEST YEAR yet!!! Since all my buyers and sellers want to wait until the first of the year to buy and sell I have been working on agent attraction. Now is the perfect time to recruit. I have had so many positive conversations.

Taking direction this morning and working out the overwhelm - it is breaking it down and I'll bring the reset approach into next week and let you know how it goes!

Week 1 Challenge Update: Had two appointments w/Buyers. Connected with my data base for pie give away for Thanksgiving. Have 20 clients to deliver pies to :). Thanksgiving cards to past clients 1/2 done and sent. Will complete this week by Wednesday and send.

What went well: Have my text ready to send out from today's challenge. Sent out a buyer's agreement for signature. What could have gone better: didn't get my goal for contacts or appointments. Spent too much time with my admin working on tricking my CRM into letting me be able to send emails to more of the people in my database. Also spent a signficant time setting up my new hire. I feel like the 4th quarter is going really fast and I am running out of time to have everything I want set up to be set up for 2026. I won't worry about it - I will just keep plugging away getting 1% better everyday!
