How to creat an islamic home pdf
Aslaam aleyikum sisters. Hope eveyone of you is doing well. I am currently going through the freebie How to create an islamic home and I have a few refelctions on it. I have a few islamic books but this made me think even more on buying books I already read and others to read inshaallah in the future. Another thing I want to emphasise on is the idea of placing duas around the house and remiders. I am an Arab and I grew up in a non muslim country. Even though my mom taught us these azkar, I rememeber going to my dad's friend's house and the duas being everywhere on the dining table, by the washroom door, the main door, etc. . I was very enthraled by it and the fact that they did not speak Arabic either jus made it even more amazind. Mind you I was a child myself max 12 years old. Now here is the shoker, being around non muslims and fitnah their kids satyed firmer on the path than us. I just wante to remind myself, and you that mindfullness never goes to waste. You will see the fruits of your labour in the effort you put into yourself. Another thing that made me a bit happy is that I watched the same video about prayer of Assim al Hakeem a few years ago. It is really good and I really recommend watching it! Also lets not normalise having toys that look like Allah's creation for kids. It is lowkey freaky and I had a plushie till very recently. Pretty sure those horror movies are not based on nothing. That's all. May Allah guide us towards doing what pleases him and have homes that he loves ya rabb. How is your journey going?

3 Things to Do to Get Emotionally Mature Before Marriage
👀 Sis… what if it’s not a red flag? What if you’re just triggered? Okay, this one is a GOOD one. Have you ever been getting to know someone and suddenly they do or say something that makes you think: “🚩 Nope. That’s a sign. I’m out.” But wait… What if your reaction has more to do with something you experienced in the past than with who this person actually is? In this episode, we’re talking about 3 things emotionally mature people do BEFORE marriage—and honestly, #2 is something I think so many of us need to hear. 🎥 Watch the full episode here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8O3Ego1iZfQ And then come back and tell us… Have you ever mistaken a trigger for a red flag? 👀 No judgment, sis. We’re all learning. 🤍

This was so entertaining to watch oml she called me out😂 but hey I already am working on both sitting with discomfort and journaling and admitting the things I have not moved on from. I had been bottling up emotions for a min and stopped journaling lets say I saw the drop in my ability to be comfortable and silently confident. It shows up and LOUDLY, not just with guys but with everyone. Subhan Allah the day before yesterday I admitted something to myself and that was rough but the energy shift every since im my mind is craaazy. I just catch myself wondering how my mind is even so calm. 😮‍💨

Al salaam aleyikum girlies. How have you all been? Something I have been aware of is the double standard of holding men accountable and making sure they're well vetted, but we do ot hold ourselves to the same standards. I always try my best to check myself, and I've just had a session with myself that I haven't had in a while. I learned that there are some things I need to address that I had not before, considering this time I based it off of my self-made questions rather than those templates online. It is really interesting when suddenly your question is turned against you, and some things you have noticed or are nagging at you suddenly become that exposed. Because let us be real, we would have so much grace for ourselves because we know ourselves in comparison to the men if they gave similar answers. Not that everything should be taken leniently, but we definitely need to know what is a hard stop, as MM said and what can be given grace when having a sit-down. That same energy should also be thrown right back at ourselves regardless of whether we met the hard stops or not. If we haven't, why haven't we? What are we doing to get there? And is not meeting them a sign to pause and do inner work before we find ourselves in a bad situation because of our own actions? So I will sit down with myself again and keep looking into it because, as of now, I know what I am not meeting and need to get into more detail about it and what needs to be immediately addressed and worked on. Just thought I would share this update with you; maybe it could be food for thought. As MM said, we need to find those blind spots because dealing with them without a partner is much more graceful, tbh and saves us a lot of hassle.

@Zuhairah Imann B Wa jazak 💕. Truly and Allah always makes it easy when you put in the effort.
Income
Alsalaam aleyikum sisters. I have been preplexed about this issue. If a woman earns more than her husband and expects him to still be the sole provider for the family of course she cannot put pressure on him. However, if she decides to contribute in areas she knows he cannot fulfil, how does that affect her husband? I know some men do not fare well with this. How do you figure this out before you arry him? Also how do you figure out if he is someone who would want to marry you because you do have an income and he has an internal thought of wanting you to contribute as well. Someone may say that he is willing to provide but that does not remain the case later on.
