Such Powerful Work
Hey everyone, I hope this finds you all loving this work as much as I am. I wanted to share with you my first treasure!! The brick, that has been holding up my armour, around my entire being, for my entire life, has been located and removed. Even though I can feel the armour creeping back on, it's not as strong as it was before and can be consciously taken down. I am more in my body than I have ever been and feeling very soft and vulnerable. This is such a welcomed change after living in a place where my emotional home has been anger of so long. I know I have so much more to learn and grow, but this first shift has been so significant that I can feel the change in me.... it is amazing!! I look forward to hearing from you all as we settle in to this transformative journey. Have a great weekend.

This is so wonderful honey. So happy for you 🤍
No perfumes in my clinic space please
Hello lovelies, I'm finding my sensitivity to fragrances, perfumes and toxic products is increasing over time. This is excellent as it keeps me safe but it's inconvenient when it affects me to be around it. So, please don't wear perfumes or fragrances when you come to my space. Essential oils are very welcome when, of course they're essential and not a fragrance 😉 They'll be a module in our next month's Treasures that will bring our attention to ingredient lists in food and products. Especially those that we wear or apply topically. You are probably aware of oestrogen mimicking chemicals and endocrine disruptors that are being found everywhere. Let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like to know or discuss on this topic. @Rachel Patterson @Toni-Marie Chamberlain @Sass Cocker @Danielle Burns @Jackie Harkin @Joanne Nixon @Sian Kavanagh @Lisa Neven

Thanks Anny! I don't wear fragrance but please let us know if there is a soap or another product potentially causing issues.
Introduction ... better late than never right?
I'm Rachel, 46, Kiwi born and raised, I live in Geelong with my cats Sir Meow's-a-Lot and Monkey Boy. I'm GM of the two local commercial radio stations here. I love my work with a passion but have been struggling with an extreme workload, unrealistic expectations I put on myself and challenges with boundaries and articulating my needs which is resulting in burnout. I have been working on myself for a few years now, but finding it a long and complex process. I have engaged a wide variety of modalities as I work on de-tangling my trauma and ADHD diagnosis . I was referred to Anny in October and resonate with her approach wholeheartedly, doing some very powerful sessions together through Oct-Dec. I am now happily stepping it up this year with Three Treasures with my dear friend Toni-Marie and the rest of you, and look forward to continuing this journey together.
