Who else is into earthing (grounding)? 🌿🦶 I've always loved going barefoot as much as possible— and taking time get outside for praying alone in the grass or on the ground. Children know it intuitively: exploring outside barefoot is healthy & renewing, and science backs it up! Jesus modeled it best: His Sermon on the Mount was picnic-style in the grass (Matt 5); He prayed early mornings in secluded spots ~~ HIS MORNING HABIT (Mark 1:35); and sought solace in the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:39-46). He said, "Become like little children" (Matt 18:3). So today: - Go barefoot! 🦶 - Look up at clouds ☁️ - Be spontaneous, curious, laugh, dance, create... Most importantly, listen for God's whisper in the grass: "Be well, beloved." 🙏 "Come to Me, all who are weary... and I will give you rest" (Matt 11:28-30 AMP).
