This morning I am reading Arisza's training on supervision and I felt like the following words were very encouraging for such a time as now :). We are new to entrepreneurship and self-compassion is truly a necesity. Exercising self-compassion is being patient and forgiving with yourself, particularly in trying times or while encountering obstacles. Recognize your humanity by accepting that you, like everyone else, will make errors as you learn and develop. Be as patient and nice to yourself as you would be to a friend or coworker

Good morning, I wanted to share we did another live free webinar for Serenity for the SELF. It was a success because I know we were able to provide tools for life to people. It's been a beautiful journey because family and friends are able to join and they have been receptive. They have expressed it was helpful to them. You all know family usually is immune to our magic powers. Anyhow, helping others is helping us show people who we are as a company and what we do to help others. I highly recommend it.
