Calling Back Your Power
I have added a short exercise for calling back your power in the Resources section of the Classroom. Soul fragmentation is where we have pieces of our psyche feeling 'stuck' in places, situations, memories, that are waiting to be returned to Over Soul. In shamanic traditions, shamans take the time to call back their power from hooks that are still connected to relationships, groups, people, situations, that are extensions of energetic threads that can be called back to Soul. This short meditation brings you to a place of calling back your power, calling back your Soul pieces to more fully embody in the here and now. Made with Love 💙

Thank you! My soul was definitely split up into many pieces but I am more present here and now :)
Relationship Shadows - recognising what love is not!
In this Shadowlands episode I look, softly, into dysfunctional relationship and how our shadow, if not acknowledged and brought to light, can affect relationships. The shadow causes projections, narcissistic behaviours, projecting from victim mentality. When we experience this it deepens our understanding of what love is not... but also what love is. I will add this to the Classroom in the Shadowlands folder. Enjoy. I look forwards to hearing your comments and experiences. Made with love 💜

Just watched it. Thank you for sharing 💜 Absolutely agree with what you have pointed out: one person’s shadow against the other person’s shadow. This happens all the time in life - I’ve heard dozens of stories. And while some stories are less traumatic (even though there is almost always a painful separation at the end), in other stories the amount of pain and suffering is tremendous :( This is why I propose that we let that shadow-to-shadow meeting happen during a scenario, not in real life. Saves a lot of pain and suffering! 💜
The Ocean Calms
After yesterday's attempt at surfing I am so happy to report that today was a day of calm and reflective waters, Yay! I found times of real joy today, meeting an old friend for coffee, watching the people doing their thing in Marrakech. Enjoying a cold morning turning into sunshine and warmth that was reflected in peoples faces. I felt at peace. May it last a little longer 😂 How was your day today? Peaceful calm seas? Riding the big waves? Were you the water as @Artworqq Kevin Suber so wisely suggested yesterday?

Glad to hear that today is a calm day :) I’ve applied for one job and with clear consciousness went back to working on my Scenario Self stuff :)
Sometimes life feels like the ocean
Life for many people is ebbing and flowing so rapidly, one minute the sea is a tranquil glassy pond, the next the waves are crashing hard and we need a surf board to ride them. This seems to be happening on a personal and collective level that it feels as though we all need our surf boards ready. (I am not so great at surfing by the way 🤣). This week I have had such beautiful tranquility and peacefulness inside that it took me by surprise, I hadn't realised I was holding low level anxiety to the extent that it had become 'normal'. Then today out of nowhere disturbance hit left field which I felt with a ferocity that was unexpected. It seems that when we reach a certain point, the calm ocean, we can take a breath, float for a while, enjoy the flow, all is well, the Divine is at play in life. Then, when the ocean rises again and the waves come they often feel larger than they are because of the contrast of the peace we had been experiencing, after all, we had been basking in the Divine flow, on the right time line blah blah. Personal evolution sometimes feels like this. We get to a point where life is less hectic on an inner level, or the thing that used to trigger us no longer holds power as we have resolved and dissolved it. This becomes the new 'norm', we get to enjoy the tranquility. If something happens that takes us out of this new norm and it echoes the old patterns and feelings it feels exaggerated and more turbulent. It comes as an unexpected wave that we have forgotten how to surf. I feel that we often forget that this is a measure of evolution, the mind attempts to take us one a journey or into a story that no longer fits yet we have evolved past it. This is just the echoes of the old. That was my challenge for the day. To see that I was feeling what felt like a high and turbulent wave when it was really just a contrast to having been in the tranquil flow. The wave was not so high, I did not need a surf board, I remember I can swim. How do you deal with the ebbs and flows of life?

I like the metaphor you have used to describe it - like surfing the waves. I often think of it like pulsations - we have to contract before we expand. Contraction is painful, expansion feels good :) For me, keeping in mind that it’s purposeful is what helps ride it 💜
