Why your offer might not be working
Let’s talk about something super important: your offer. You’ve worked hard on it, right? You’ve put in the effort, and yet, people just aren’t biting. Frustrating, isn’t it? 😕 Let’s break down a few reasons in simple terms 1. Are you solving a clear problem? Think about the last time you bought something. You probably had a problem, and that thing solved it. If your offer doesn’t scream, “Hey! I can fix this specific problem for you,” people won’t know why they need it. 2. Does your offer stand out? Imagine this: you’re in a crowded market, and everyone is shouting about how great their product is. How do you stand out? If your offer looks and sounds like everyone else’s, people will scroll right past it. 3. Are you making it easy to say yes? Sometimes offers feel like a lot of work. People think, “Do I really have time for this?” If your offer feels hard or complicated, they’ll move on. 4. Are you asking them to take action? Sometimes people are interested, but they don’t know what to do next. You’ve gotta tell them, clearly and directly! 5. It’s okay to tweak things! Nobody gets it perfect the first time. Keep testing and listening to feedback. You’re learning, and every adjustment brings you closer to an offer people love. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your offer, drop a comment or shoot me a message. I’d love to help you make it something people can’t resist! Let’s do this together. 💪

Great tips! #3 is super important. That is one thing that I am currently tweaking. Gotta make sure it is easy to say yes and not overcomplicated. Not selling the systems but the end result.
All the information in the world won’t make you wise
"𝐼𝑛𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑙𝑒𝑑𝑔𝑒. 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑜𝑛𝑙𝑦 𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑐𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑙𝑒𝑑𝑔𝑒 𝑖𝑠 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒. 𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑤𝑖𝑠𝑑𝑜𝑚." - Albert Einstein We’re drowning in information but we desperately need clarity. You can watch endless tutorials, read every book, and save 100 “must-see” posts, but unless you apply what you’ve learned, it’s just noise. And here’s why Einstein’s quote hits so hard: consuming content alone doesn’t create wisdom. We can't just gather facts. We need to turn knowledge into actionable insights. We need to test, fail, reflect, and adjust. Experience becomes our guide, not just the ideas we've read about. We need to bridge gaps in understanding and create practical solutions where others see unrelated pieces of information. That's why education that focuses on action is powerful. It transforms learning from something passive to something real. Experience shows you what works, what doesn’t, and what to improve next. Without experience, you'll end up repeating someone else’s ideas without making them your own. Every step you take, every mistake you make, is part of your personal journey. They become lessons you can teach, share, and build upon. The mission isn’t just to consume more, but to contribute more. To turn from a learner into a leader. Synthesizers' approach helps you focus, so you can build real wisdom from action. Or, as Goethe said: '𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑒𝑛𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ; 𝑤𝑒 𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑙𝑦. 𝑊𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑠 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑒𝑛𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ; 𝑤𝑒 𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑑𝑜.'"

@Ren Tyler Hey. It has been a while. I honestly changed up my community and just started a new one a week or so back. But instead of a men's community (I feel like I still want to do this, but never monetize it), I am focused on teaching people how to leave their 9-5 strategically over time (not burning boats, quitting their job and going all in). It's so much easier to talk about what I did when I quit my 9-5 and what I am doing now in my roofing business. How are you doing?

@Ren Tyler Hey thanks for sharing. So I definitely do believe that men need their space and my goal is to try and define manly versus just the typical American masculine peacocking. The problem is it’s hard to sell what people are not actively wanting. I’ve talked to Marine buddies my brother who is a detective in Florida and corporate friends. It’s just not on the priority list and not something they are going to pay for. My goal is to make some money off this new community (something people will pay for) and then the men’s community will be a passion project.

@Sylvain Zyssman is the real deal. In just 15 minutes he gave me more value than any of the free communities I’m in. In a little less than an hour he gave me more value and clarity than the coaches and paid communities over the past 5 months. If you have not yet. Get on a call with him if you’re serious about growing your community and making money!
Welcoming Keiron and Mark 🤝

@Ren Tyler Hey, of course, and I appreciate that! I totally get why some people might hesitate. Honestly, I never take offense. I think most of us just feel a bit awkward about how to respond. Like, do I say, "Thank you"? Or "It was my pleasure"? I usually just nod in person (or send a GIF online). But seriously, it’s never offensive—it’s a sign of respect, and that’s always appreciated. TL;DR: No offense at all. As for being a Marine, it’s shaped my approach to helping men in a big way. The Corps drilled into us that showing emotion was a weakness. A lot of guys carry that “manly exterior” society expects (confidence, strength, etc.) but inside, it’s a struggle. Relationships, personal growth, and even success get harder when you’re not allowed to feel or process emotions. That’s why I focus on rewiring that mindset. I approach it through things like visualization, mindfulness, and shifting self-talk, wrapped up in helping men crush their goals. Whether that’s making more money, beating procrastination, or just feeling more in control of their lives. The idea is to help them tap into the parts of themselves they’ve been taught to bury for years, and in doing so, unlock what they’re truly capable of.

@Ren Tyler Funny enough. I don't really talk about it at all. I feel like it is different than getting an MBA and throwing that out. But now that you mention it I can see how this could be great to mention. Thanks for the insight!
