Major shoutout to @Matthew Shima for jumping onto our Skool Live session today! It was so fun to connect and bounce ideas off of each other. I've committed to do this every week, Thursday, 9A HST, I'll hop onto a Live call here in the platform and you can join me to either, chat, connect or just co-work on mute. Apparently, the cool ADHD kids call it "body doubling." (Thanks, Matt, for blowing my mind with this 😄) Look it up! It's a fascinating strategy. See you all on the next one!

🌺 Aloha, my friends! Happy Sunday! It’s time to set our intentions for the week ahead, and the first week of the LAST 90 DAYS OF 2025! Drop one word or short phrase in the comments to anchor how you want to show up this week. Take a deep breath in and share what feels right for you. Here’s mine for this week: "Keep it together," In the healing community, our work often asks us to soften and release control. But lately, I've felt a call to lean into structure, discipline, and self-control. It's so easy for me to succumb to emotion and overwhelm, and then spiral into criticism and guilt. But I know that I find power and strength in leaning into the edges of my comfort zone through self-control. Your turn! How do you want to show up for yourself and your tribe this week? ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️

Even though we couldn’t dive into the full plan, I did walk through how to adjust your notifications inside Skool so you only get the emails/alerts you actually want: 1.
