Are you free?
Do you consider yourself free? I used to watch braveheart as a ritual before fights. When William Wallace gets publicly hung,l and tortured, he screams out FREEDOM. That got me thinking. Freedom is a mental and spiritual decision you can make. Even when you are being killed, freedom is there to access. To have freedom we must be diciplined, we must have a higher purpose, and we must take action and put in the work. I’m loving this subject for the first month of 2026. To help me create training around this idea I need your feedback. Rate your freedom in these areas from 1-10 , 10 being completely free. Whatever that means to you. 1. Physically (are you a slave to your body or are you free?) 2.Financially (are you able to do what you want and need within reason) 3. Overall mentally ( is your mindset and mental toughness at the point of being unstoppable, your ability to bounce back is strong, nothing phases you? 4. Spiritually ( do you trust gods plan, or are you at odds with who you are and what you are supposed to do? Are you connected to the Holy Spirit and can access the fruits of the spirit so to speak?)

I had to think about this for a few days, because so much has changed over the last few years. My mind and body were a wreck from all the things I had faced. I was literally trapped inside myself. A young man by the name of Alan Belcher gave me a call. Claimed he needed me and I didn’t understand why, but I agreed to what he had asked. The same call had literally come, hundreds of times and I said no. Something took over and made me submit to what he had going on. Life turned a corner I didn’t think possible. My mind and body connected again and the suppressed athlete and leader started to show itself. I started to feel alive again. Today, I can tell you that the journey continues and the healing is still in progress. I don’t see limits or set long term goals. Life flows to me and I am happy to allow it. I go to bed sore from two a day training sessions, expecting to be healed by morning and I am. I believe it will happen and it does. Physically 9 and climbing Financially 8 and it’s not really a thought Mentally 9 and healing Spiritually 10 and it’s the source of it all. I accepted what God meant for me to be……a servant leader.

@Jeremy Ta'kody Merry Christmas. Thank you for your time and energy. We are all growing stronger.
Gratitude
I'm grateful for each and every one of you. We're stronger together. Gratitude is spiritual.. it's very practical and scientific as well... Psycology, health and wellness in general know being greatful is the way. It's the highest vibration. Prayers start with thank you... The holidays begin with thanksgiving. After I meditate I begin my emotional state change and prayer with gratitude. it just works. That's how we were created. What are you grateful for? Write 1-3 things below and if you don't have a gratitude journal you might see that this practice changes how you feel. We are in the last week of our group challenge. Finish strong!

I’m thankful for every moment I have. I feel I was given another chance at utilizing my real gifts and I remind myself of that every day. Thank you @Alan Belcher , for setting me free from my own mind.
Unchained events
Gentlemen, sorry I’ve been somewhat quiet in here the last few weeks. Immediately following my 30 day unchained challenge things were set in motion that were not planned upon. I received a call from a matchmaker looking to fill a spot on the Island Fights card for an MMA or kickboxing match. Evaluating the opponent and his experience we ultimately decided MMA would be the best route. After a few weeks, there was a change of opponents. Did not disrupt our training and preparation at all. Our leader and my coach and friend Alan Belcher led me through the whole process. And on November 14, I made the walk to the ring with Alan alongside me. Hard work and preparation ultimately paid off with a 31 second victory by TKO. Never did I think at 40 years old I’d be going to do a boxing or MMA fight. Out of everything the most glorifying part was the process was the training and getting prepared. The days and nights of cutting weight. We made weight cutting 17 pounds in the last days leading up to the fight. All this started with the 30 day challenge. It got me mentally realigned and focused back in the gym and eating right and living a clean life. It was all meant to be, but this is the testimonial that this group is the real deal.

Feedback needed
Hey guys, I've had some t-shirt designs I can't get off my mind lately. So, I've put one together, but I need some honest feedback. I know most of you aren't car guys like I am, but I'm willing to bet we all wear or have worn graphic design t-shirts. So, please critique this design for me front and back. Branding, text font, art, or the design itself. Good or bad, I need some unbiased constructive criticism. If you like it say so, if it sucks say so, I need some opinions. Thanks, JB
