I met a Brother called: Melvin
@Melvin Zhang and I had our first call yesterday evening. I had a lot of fun — I hope you did too, Melvin! Time flew by so quickly. What I admire about him: Melvin radiates such a positive vibe. He comes across as an incredibly nice and funny guy. He’s curious, an attentive listener, and has profound views and ideas. His strength: I believe his curiosity and genuine desire to do good are his greatest strengths. I’m certain he’ll be successful if he stays consistent. Keep up the great work, brother! How I know I can rely on him: He gives the impression of being sincere and helpful — not opportunistic, but genuinely kind-hearted. Looking forward to connecting again soon!

Only love brother!! I felt the same about you, you genuinely wanted to help me! Having a network calls with people you resonate with is the highest leverage things you can do! It is learning and connecting in one, which is too awesome!

@Maximilian Köppel You did! It reminded me of the balance between delivering a quick win vs what the client actually wants! The scope of delivery is so important, because both overdelivering and underdelivering will not serve you as a creator. Also the 80/20 rule that we gone over made me think about my perfectionism with things, I can be less strict sometimes and be more flexible. I hope you got some insights from our call as well!

Awesome brothers! That must have been a magical call!
I met a Brother Called : Melvin
I’ve had two calls with @Melvin Zhang so far, and from the start I’ve felt a genuine appreciation for him — probably because I recognize so much of myself in him. I love his vision. His dream. And especially that desire to do good despite the pain he’s been through. I remember telling a friend once: The difference between a hero and a villain is simple — heroes use their pain to do good, villains use it as an excuse to cause more harm. Melvin is clearly a hero. What I admire about him is his commitment to being a source of good, his openness, and his honesty. He’s been direct with me since day one — no masks, no hiding. The strengths I see in him are powerful: the ability to give himself new goals, to step out of his comfort zone, to follow through. He networks, he shows up, he shares his progress openly — which is rare in a world where people hide behind screens. I know I can rely on him. He keeps his word. He shows up.He moves toward his goals with honesty and consistency. It’s an honour to have him in the community.

@Maximilian Köppel Thanks, so it is like making a conceptual framework for a text. Basically summarizing what I read and put it into concepts that have meaning. I will definitely keep this in mind!

@Maximilian Köppel Great! I think I am quite analytical and theoretical but I never write it out in a conceptual diagram or something. Definitely have to look into this more. Thinking muscles are so important, today my supervisor bombarded me with information I might make a conceptual diagram of it!
