Your challenge this month: pay attention to what you eat before, (during) and after your runs, and share an update once a week for 4 weeks. This is NOT about eating perfectly. It's about being curious and intentional about how nutrition affects your running. βœ… Rules ⬇️ 1️⃣ After at least one run per week, post an update using this format: [Your Name – Fuel Log #1], [Your Name – Fuel Log #2], and so on until you hit 4 comments total. 2️⃣ Each update should include what you ate before, during (if anything), and after your run, and how you felt. Alexe fuel log 2 lazy week with rainy weather 7.9 km run Before: a banana During: one gel, I thought I was going to do a long run but ended up stopping early and lemon gel wasn't for me :< After: I stretched and ate nothing actually

Alexe log 3 13.4 km Nothing before run During: 2 gels and 500ml water It wasn't enough I planned to run for 2 hours but water wasn't enough while weather was too hot so I shortened it After I ate a snack

If you could run ANY race, with no issues of qualifying times, lucky ballots or even with no chance of actually finishing, for the pure experience…WHICH race would it be??

What do you do if you can't run for a while?
I had remove my wisdom teeth and my cheecks got swollen now, it's been 2-3 weeks without a good run :( What do you do if you can't run for a while?

What's a running habit you've picked up from someone else?
For me it's arm swing. I still suck at it. I sit a lot and for long periods during work and my commute. My arms tend to move very little when I run. But I run so much better every time I do pay attention to it. This is the work of my running group's trainer always shouting to use my arms. πŸ˜… What's something you've picked up from someone else?
