So it tunrs out Neve made a boo boo.. and messed up in a big way.. they even had to pull the plugins from sales.. It was not getting good reviews. So i follow this to see what reviewers say.. Stay tuned. one thing for sure, Rupert Neve branding took a big hit by this.

I would try to tune the bass and kick to the key of the song and listen what that did for the mix. That would add to glue the mix i think. I drive an old coupe so i am not that impressed by the BMW or Porsche :) ( kidding) nice video work.

Exactly what do want to "be done"? What level of understanding do you have about the topic? Are you aware of the latest IPPC findings? Not as alarmist at all. Actually good news even if that has for some reason not been widely published. So all in all, i would not spend my energy worriying about this. If you do, then simply try not to. Its all good. Not to get political here but in my opinion, based on research for about two decades, where i initally bought the Al Gore hockey stick thing completely, then i started reaserching what he said.. He was on the board of one of my favourite companies, Apple, why would he lie? My conclusion is that there is nothing that needs to be done about climate change. Nothing. That is not to say nature should be protected from various human exploitation and exploration, but that is a different topic. The narratives in the media and in the "green" business are for completely different reasons. Agenda 2030 WEF/UN etc..Those groups should be investigated (is being investigated ) for fraud and more that has come out. Watch the space and it will come out bit by bit. I only write this to share that you need not worry about the climate in terms carbondioxide, human made terms. I hope you can slowly digest that - Good news. My five cents. But i did of course listen to your song, from a music perspective and it is an interesting song. I am not sure the reverbs and delays have the right settings for a clear and present vocal., they seem combined to be more of the art kind , and if that was the intention then job done. If not, i would check that for more clarity in the lyrics and the vocals. Possibly cut the vocals lower parts slightly higher with a filter. That would sit better in the mix i think. The lyrics regardless of topic, is brilliantly phrased i think.
