@Fabrizio Bagalà @David Esquinas pleasure to meet you guys. Since you are developers and probably have slightly different perspective than less-technical people (like myself). Would you guys mind sharing your perspective on what makes somebody a good Scrum Master / not so good one - in your opinion. Also maybe you could tell a bit more about if/how tech knowledge helps in communication with devs and what would be a bare minimum of tech knowledge for a non tech person. Personally I believe it would be very benificial to share perspective coming from various backgrounds (dev, testing, project management, scrum, PO).
