Hi everyone. I Pimped My Game (And Then Some). 😄💗 Title: Mana Grid Tactics Link: https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/9691c877-e1ce-4606-ba55-b6e1fbf85a16 Latest Version: 4.0.0. Updates: All built (v4.0.0) — a big one: 1. Intro cutscene — 5 fading story slides (original placeholder lore about the meadow's four heroes) play once before the title screen on a fresh load, skippable anytime. 2. Title screen — now has both New Game and Continue. Continue leads to a new World Map with a bobbing location pin ("Meadow Trade Road") and a "Begin Battle" flow. 3. Shared 100-turn pool — reworked from "100 rounds" to "100 individual unit turns, shared across both teams." Verified with a runtime test that it counts exactly to 100 and ends the battle right there. Since a full wipe already ends the battle immediately either way, hitting the limit now always means both sides survived — so it always resolves as a Draw, no more survivor/HP tiebreaking. 4. Mana currency — new persistent reward: +10 per KO, +100 for a Victory, +50 for a Draw (halved, as requested), +0 for a Game Over. Shown via a gold coin badge (circular badge with a bold "M") + live count, sized to stay readable, bottom-right — visible in battle, roster, and world map, hidden on Title/Tutorial/Options. Added a "Mana Currency" tutorial topic under Help. 5. Game Over screen — Victory/Draw/Game Over now share one result screen with Retry and Return to Main Menu buttons; a loss specifically reads "💀 Game Over." 6. GDD updated throughout, including fixing a couple of older changelog entries that the turn-pool rework would otherwise have left contradicting the new mechanic. 7. I added a video of the Knight's Special Attack and Filled Limit Guage feature at the end. Known Issues: 1. The Turn Count is too fast to check the Game Over feature. Fix: I will reduce the count to 1 point for every 3 Avatar/Ally or Enemy actions. This will ensure that All Player Characters can be KO'ed by no later than Turn 75, to check the Game Over Graphics. 2. The current location may need a bridge to allow enemies to cross-over, for quicker battle gameplay events. 3. The world map needs improving. 4. The intro story cutscene needs improving. 5. The post-battle win and tie outcome rewards and items need adding. 6. The Avatar graphics in the Party Roster and Switch Jobs screens need improving.
