Yesterday, received my purchase of Seaweed Liquid Fertilizer. It's my first time buying it, and just to experiment with it, bought a small bottle. Will dilute it and apply it on my plants, and will see how it goes after weeks. Their soil is moist, currently, so, might wait for it to dry a bit. Have you tried seaweed liquid fertilizer? If so, how was your experience with it?

If my memory serves me well, the couple who ran an urban farm I've volunteered at used liquid seaweed to soak their starters before transplanting. They always had amazing organic produce in both output and flavor. Let us know how your experimentation goes!

@Dennis Wichter Not to my knowledge. By the time I volunteered with them, they had been running their system for a while. Their new thing at the time was adding turkeys, which taught me the important lesson of never messing with turkeys because they are vicious lol

Pest tips
I've been having this problem where caterpillars and black flies have been around and on my loganberry and the lavae have been eating holes into my leaves all over the place. I was wondering what other people have done to resolve this? I don't necessarily want to kill them because that seems a bit harsh, but I would as a last resort. Are there any other methods to remove them or deter them without killing the bugs ๐Ÿ›? Please leave some suggestions and tips below, thanks ๐Ÿ™.

@Kc Kaleo Thanks! Definitely more tempted to try kaolin clay now
Goldenrod.....
good or evil? I've heard good and bad about it. I have some popping up on the backside of my garden. It's supposedly good to attract pollinators but can be invasive.

@Mary-Heather Fajardo Good share! An herbalist I've had the pleasure of meeting before made a tincture of goldenrod and promoted it's health benefits as well!
New Sheriff In Town!!!!
Just kidding....Ya'll know @Jim Flach has been in the community for a while and he has been really hitting the books. I wanted to let ya'll know that he is now a Community Moderator and will be cracking the whip on everyone......๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ just kidding. He will be helping out a bit more (I appreciate his help) with keeping up on all the posts and getting rid of people who are trying to sell stuff or being nasty in the community. Thanks again @Jim Flach for being a part of the community and stepping into this role to help me.
