14 contributions to The Change Makers
A big heartfelt thank you to some of the beautiful souls in this community. 💜
I want to take a moment to acknowledge a few people who consistently show up, share their wisdom, and genuinely contribute to making this space supportive, thoughtful, and safe: @Leanne Watson @Nancy Solook @Kerry Upham @Chris Lawrence @Lauren Kinghorn @Louise Size Your insights, compassion, and willingness to offer guidance don’t just help the person who asked the question, they help everyone reading quietly in the background too. Community only works when people are brave enough to share and generous enough to support… and each of you embodies that so naturally. Thank you for the light, the expertise, and the heart you bring here. You are deeply appreciated. 💜

@Lorene Roberts I go to sleep early and wake early. Ever since the clocks changed here i have just woken early. I feel more productive in the mornings though. I am not an evening person 😄

@Lorene Roberts I tend to have these micro sleeps at the moment during the day too. If I stop then it will happen i.e. sitting down or if in the car (not driving but as a passenger) and come the evening i have sometimes dropped my phone on my face if i am in bed.. i tend to leave my phone in a different part of the house as there is a whole load of reasons why using it before bed is bad for you
A Big Welcome to Our New Members, Clare and Ires!
Hello lovely ladies, I’m so glad you’re here. This space is all about support, grounding and clarity, especially for women who are navigating big changes or simply wanting to understand themselves on a deeper level. @Clare Connolly, it’s wonderful to have you joining us. @Ires Aponte, so lovely to see you here too. Take your time to settle in, explore, read, comment, ask questions and share whatever feels right. There’s no pressure here, just genuine connection and a place where you get to grow at your own pace. We’re all on a journey of letting go of the old, finding strength and moving forward in a way that feels aligned, calm and deeply true to who we are now. You’re both in the right place for that. Make yourselves at home… we’re excited to get to know you. 💛

Welcome 👋
What Gives You Energy?
We always talk about what drains us, the stress, the people, the routines that wear us down. But let’s flip it today. What gives you energy? What’s one thing that instantly lifts your mood or grounds you when life gets messy? It might be something simple, time in nature, dancing in your kitchen, laughing with a friend, or getting lost in a hobby. Those little moments remind us who we are underneath all the noise. Your turn, what fills your cup?

@Lorene Roberts so cool 😎
The Pattern Breaker Moment
Can you think of a time recently when you caught yourself about to fall into an old pattern… and stopped? That pause....... even just noticing it, is where real change begins. It’s not about getting it perfect, it’s about catching yourself and choosing differently. Maybe you stayed quiet when you wanted to speak, or said yes when you meant no, but this time… you didn’t. Share your moment below, every small win matters.

Yes that pause is where the magic happens as you are actively choosing to not slip back into the habbit or way of thinking. I find my master to do list also helps for me to focus and get the quick wins ticked off for the day. My wife and I are trying 40 minutes of timed focus and then we break for 20 minutes. It is early days with it but yesterday we made some good progress on our to do lists 💪

@Lorene Roberts couldn't agree more!
“If You Could Go Back…”
If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? We all have that one lesson we wish we’d known earlier, something that would’ve saved us time, pain, or energy. What’s yours?

I would tell my younger self you have got this.. mistakes are ok as they teach you how to grow. Enjoy every moment and invest your time in community as it is everything ✨️
