What Books Did You Read in Childhood?
📚 Throwback Question: What Did You Read as a Kid? I was thinking back to my childhood reading habits, and it hit me how different they were compared to what I read now. Back then, I was all about fun, fictional books—anything that kept me entertained and pulled me into a story. One of my favorites was the Goosebumps series. I used to fly through those books as a pre-teen. And then when the Goosebumps show came out, it was such a cool experience seeing those stories come to life. I remember noticing how some parts were different from what I had imagined while reading—which made it even more fun. It really made me realize how powerful storytelling is… especially when it sticks with you years later. Now I’m curious—what about YOU? - What books or series did you love growing up? - Were you into fiction, or something totally different? - Did any of those stories stick with you into adulthood? Drop your favorites below 👇 Let’s take a little trip down memory lane.

The Orange Book for Boys was my favorite. Also read The Hardy Boys, Thornton W. Burgess "Little People" of the Green Forest, and Dr. Seuss, among others. I was an avid reader.
📚 How Do YOU Prefer to Read Your Books?
Not all readers are the same… and how you consume a book can make a huge difference in how often you actually finish one 👀 So I’m curious… 👇 What’s YOUR go-to? 📱 E-books: Easy, portable, no clutter. Your entire library in your pocket. 📖 Paperback: There’s just something about flipping real pages… plus it can feel easier to stay focused. 📕 Hardcover: Durable, high-quality, and let’s be honest… they look really good on a shelf. 🎧 Audiobooks: Perfect for multitasking—car rides, walks, cleaning, workouts… learning on the go.

@Krista Brea I have a much older Kindle "Keyboard" -- I really like this -- a more recent Kindle Fire (tablet), and the Kindle app on my desktop computer. I read o all three.

@Krista Brea About third generation, I think. Awesome, though. I really lik the reading experience.
📌 Courses Do Not Need Complexity
Many courses fail because they try to do too much. Too many modules. Too many ideas. Too much information. Simplicity is often more effective. A good course: Focuses on one clear outcome. Moves step by step. Encourages action. People do not need more information. They need direction. The clearer the path, the more likely they are to follow it.

@Bec K Yes, I know what you mean. I get to see a lot of courses because I provide a service setting up/installing courses on Skool classrooms for community owners. I see the good and the not-so-good. There does seem to be a sweet spot in the middle where we find the best ones.
📌 Ebooks as Entry Points
An ebook does not have to be long to be valuable. It needs to be useful. A focused, practical guide can: introduce your thinking, build trust, open the door to deeper work. It is not about volume. It is about clarity. When someone finishes your ebook and feels they have gained something real, you have done your job. Everything that follows becomes easier. KDP Publishing can help make this happen.

@Hannah Janeth A.I., like ChatGPT, is especially helpful for this kind of research, notably when you engage in conversational interaction as explained in The "F.L.O.W. System™ - Conversational AI Mastery"; quicker and far easier than prompt engineering.

I have just done some work for transformational life coach Tamara Lea Patrick at Phoenix Rising, adding a new course called Self-Esteem to her classroom. I am really pleased with the way it turned out. This is a service I offer to those who have content but struggle to set it up in a ciassroom module. I also create content for coaches and other solopreneurs.
