What's your onboarding process?
I asked my community a simple question this week: "How are you handling onboarding?" β¦and the answers were really interesting π Some people are: β sending welcome DMs β tagging new members β using templates Others said: β βitβs on my listβ β βI need to figure this outβ And one person built a full 36-page onboarding plan π³ So hereβs what Iβm seeingβ¦ Most people arenβt lacking effort. Theyβre lacking a clear, simple onboarding system that actually gets people engaged fast. Because onboarding isnβt just: βwelcome to the group πβ Itβs the moment where someone decides: π βthis is worth my timeβ or π βIβll check back laterβ (and never do) This is something Iβm going to be breaking down inside Skool Homeroom, because thereβs a huge difference between having onboarding and having onboarding that works. If youβre building a Skool community, this is one of those things that changes everything once you get it right. If you're not in Skool Homeroom... you're MISSING OUT What you waiting for?
