Nakijin Castle Ruins is a historic castle site in northern Okinawa and is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

I’ve been to Okinawa twice and spent over two months there. However, compared to other parts of Japan, Okinawa isn’t my favorite because it’s the least “Japanese” part of the country. If you’re still there, I highly recommend visiting Shuri Castle. I was there in the summer of 2019, before the castle burned down in the fall of that same year, and then again in 2023, while it was still undergoing restoration.

@Taisei Koshida Really?! 😳 I can't believe my eyes! @Country Hajime "What a serene and majestic place! Even the sacred deer don’t seem entirely used to humans." WHAT?! Last year, I visited the same places, which were crowded with noisy tourists from all over the world. Well, the early bird catches the worm. 🫠 Those deer attacked people to force to feed them—they’re so used to being fed by people that if you hold the food for too long, they won’t wait patiently. I came back from there with a pretty big bruise on my thigh. 😂 Hmm, they probably figured Taisei is stingy, so they wouldn't get anything from him, and just walked away. 😉

Mascot Mania
It’s Nara Prefecture’s mascot character, Sento-kun. To me, he’s more like something out of a horror movie. Several years ago in Japan, local governments all over the country were scrambling to create their own mascots, known as yuru-chara. “Yuru” has this kind of laid-back, cute, heartwarming feel to it. But I think Sento-kun went in a slightly different direction. The ones in the photo are some of the most famous and popular yuru-chara in Japan.

Help! Which Lesson should I choose
Hi, I'm hirro, I just joined the LME community the day before yesterday, I wanna ask you some questions about how to choose the lesson. The goal I wanna achieve is speaking English fluently with confidence. I know the basics of grammar (never used it since I started working), I can read and write, but I struggle so much with speaking. When I speak, there are plenty of "emm", "ahh" or something like that. I tried to find the words or grammar rules in my head but just can't take them out. Also, I tried those on-demand English speaking platforms, It gave a little help but it's limited. (I still don't get how to speak fluently) Can you give me some advice or which lesson should I take to solve my problem? I would be so glad if you could help.😀
