Live zoom Today with Karina!
A few nurses asked if they could hear directly from someone in the program, so today at 4:15pm CST I’m hosting a short Zoom with Karina. She’ll share her experience and answer questions — no pressure, just info. Hiring employees
I’m wanting to hire a nurse or two to do mobile appts for me. I’ve done this in the past but it never worked out well for one reason or another. Any pointers? Should I pay an hourly flat rate? A percentage of services given? If I’m supplying supplies, what’s the best way to track them to be sure services aren’t given and not reported? Any advice appreciated!

Finding other nurses to work for you that are motivated to sell can be tough. I like a percentage model here because they can earn more the more that they sell. If you are providing supplies I would not give more than 40% to them. keeping good track of inventory is the best way to make sure they are not stealing. If they have supplies for 10 IV's you should be able to cross reference that with sales. I would really lay out what it takes to be successful as a nurse working for you. Are you giving them appts? or are they finding their own business? That would affect the percent I would give as well.

Peptide pricing/ Marketing
Now that we have access to offering peptides, I am in this " how should I price them" crisis. I listened to one of the calls from a few weeks ago. And there was a discussion about Wellness packages /subscriptions. I thought this was a great idea to incorporate peptides in this. But don't know where to start with pricing. The clients that I have are interested in peptides but also have been all over the internet and are comparing pricing with every other "lab" so I want to be competitive but I also just don't want to be a supplier. How are we marking the peptides up to clients who just want peptides?

Hey. First thing i would do is reserach your local area to see if anyone is offering it. If they are then see what pricing and base it off that. If you do not find any then search other areas offering it that are similar to yours. If not then just test. start with an offer and see how your clientele respond.
