Hiring employees
I’m wanting to hire a nurse or two to do mobile appts for me. I’ve done this in the past but it never worked out well for one reason or another. Any pointers? Should I pay an hourly flat rate? A percentage of services given? If I’m supplying supplies, what’s the best way to track them to be sure services aren’t given and not reported?
Any advice appreciated!
