Today's practice Breath hold max 1st dive : 1 : 45 Pause 2nd dive : 2 : 12 Pause 3rd dive : 2 : 24 I always feel so relaxed after hold breath session, like i'm floating a bit.

Today's training My breath workout was dive, pause and 15 second increase each time. 0 : 30 0 : 45 1 : 00 1 : 15 1 : 30 1 : 45 2 : 00 Max hold : 2 : 02 I think i'll hold on this training and see the progress. I like the minimalist approach. If you have any suggestions to improve my workout and my progress, let me know šŸš€

Challenge Day 5 This morning, i did a simple hold breath my time Holding breath 2 : 12. I monitered my heart rate with a pulse oximeter. I experimented the holding breath with my face under cold water. I stayed for aproximatively 40 to 45 second. I noticed my heart slowing down a bit. I made the mistake to did it after eating so i didnt wanted to hold too much. I'll do it again tomorrow without eating to enjoy more this exercice.

Challenge Day 6 1 ) Time on inhale First time 1 : 47 Second time 2 : 02 How i felt first time i took too long deep breath so i was tense second time i took a normal breath so i felt more relax during the holding phase, i holded until i felt my diaphragm moving. Question : Can i hold more ? I stopped because i started panicking šŸ˜‚ 2) Time on exhale 1 : 14 How i felt more relaxed since i have less air in my lungs but cant hold more.
