I joined this community four weeks ago already believing that ICM had huge potential. I decided to dive in headfirst. I was already and AI Engineer working on multi-agent systems, but ICM became my new standard. A. The Foundation I started with The Foundation, and it taught me far more than I expected. Not only about ICM, but about AI systems and how to build them with clearer structure, context, and intent. B. From Learning to Building I started experimenting with ICMs for databases, streamlined video production, sales-discovery chatbots, and shopping assistants. Some were practical. Others were completely random experiments designed to help me understand what was possible. But things quickly moved beyond experiments. C. ICM Helped Me Land a New Job I used ICM in a demo assignment during an interview. I aced the assignment, got the job, and start next month. D. Six Months of Work Rebuilt in One Week At my current job, I had built a system combining a crawler, vector database, and multi-agent deployment. The original system took me six months to develop. I rebuilt it using ICM in just one week. The ICM version is slightly slower, but the quality of its answers is noticeably better. The client agreed that the improvement was worth it. E. Less Complexity, Faster Delivery For another client, I had planned a traditional multi-agent system. After redesigning the solution with ICM, I now estimate that the development time will be cut roughly in half. F. I have also taken on two new clients In the past, I might have worried about whether I could deliver what I envisioned. Now, knowing what ICM makes possible, I feel confident taking these projects head-on and delivering genuinely strong products. G. Learning, Contributing, and Growing Along the way, I joined VIP, learned a ton, and got to use EDUBA, which has been a great learning experience as well. I also reached #1 on the leaderboard and earned lifetime VIP. More importantly, being active in this community has pushed me to keep learning, experimenting, sharing, and building.

For a long time I could not answer a simple question. What am I actually good enough at that someone would pay me for it. So I built something to answer it for me. It reads the real files and projects I already have in my computer system, it looks at how my work actually runs, and it interviews me about what I am good at and what people keep asking me to help with. It does not guess. It tells me where the real opportunity is. It told me ICM consulting. Not "AI consulting" in general. The specific version. Helping small operators get their business structured so AI can actually run inside it, starting with the boring painful stuff like getting invoices out and getting paid. When I look back, it is the only answer that made sense. I spent 24 years as a teacher making hard things simple for people who were sure they would never get it. I built homes, so I know the trades and the job site and the paperwork that never gets done. Now I run the AI side of a real company, where I learned the hard way that AI does nothing until the map underneath it is right. Teaching, Mapping, Building. That is the whole job. Here is the part that made me trust it. It was not the only source. At the same time I was talking with @Ry Mac, and he pointed at the exact same lane with no nudging from me. And I had spent the day in my Lyceum course with Jake Van Clief, working the same problem from a different angle, and it landed in the same place. Three different methods. One answer. I did not sit and stare at a blank page trying to name my strengths. The skill did the pulling. It interviewed me and read the work I already had. ICM is why there was anything to read. My work was already structured, so the answer was sitting in it. I just needed a tool that could read it back to me. So I am not just talking about helping trades. I am doing it. I already have my first one booked, someone who wants help with exactly the boring painful stuff that costs small operators the most. This week I will be booking a couple more, and I am going to help them solve their pain points using the ICM system. That is the focus now.

I'm struggling to get AI to nail my voice and the voice of my clients (getting AI to write in my and my clients' tone/style for IP/positioning work/website, content, etc.). I'm wondering if anyone has any tips. There's so much out there and I'm getting a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start. Would love if anyone could point me in a specific direction. As context, I am an IP advisor and architect bodies of work for my client. I can do it intuitively on my own (not an official copywriter) , but it takes FOREVER, and I know AI can do it faster, but I just keep going in loops when I try to nail mine or client's voices. I also know that spending this much time on nailing someone's voice in their content is NOT the best use of my time. Would love any tips or leads.

Over 1.1K YT subscribers, 65+ thousand views, over 700 new subscribers on my email lists, 700+ dollars in MRR, and well over 1K in sales... A lot happened in 30 days since that shoutout. First of all, a huge thanks to Jake for the jump start, that sent me with a new motivation to create good content because I didn't want him shouting out someone who sucks (and look bad) 🙏 I didn't take that vote of confidence lightly. A few of y'all asked me to add the "lesson check ins" just like Jake has, so I did. He also shared his session package in his VIP High Tea one day, so I swiped that. Now I take the shape of that, and also my own skills, and create a bunch of digital assets from the 1 YT video. What it does helps is creating more engagement for me to .. engage with, and since I am active in my community, Skool has placed this 🔥 badge on my name (I had to google why it was there lol) This just means I'm helpful and active over a 30 day period at a time, each day. So if you're one of the ones who keeps saying "I need to/want to/thinking about" starting a new Skool: DO IT. Don't talk about it, be about it 💪 Nothing is perfect at first, and you learn as you go.
