To @Sharon Banfield who completed her Energy Balancing Therapy© and Trauma Release module as part of her Clinical Aromatherapy studies yesterday. We had a fab day training with two lovely ladies that volunteered to be Sharon's "body" for the day. They were blown away by the transformation! Well done Sharon, you soaked it up like a sponge! If you are interested in what Sharon was learning, you will find a video in Classroom titled Frequencies and Vibrations of Essential Oils, where Sharon was the body for the online class. It doesn't cover everything Sharon learnt yesterday, but it does very clearly demonstrate dowsing and kinesiology and how they partner beautifully with the frequencies of EO's.

We've just had a very hot week here in the UK, really high temperatures, but we got through it! 😂 I live very close to the Gloucestershire border and they had the most spectacular thunder and lightening storm the other night. It was constant lightening and rolling thunder, so much so it woke me up and I sat up watching it out of my backdoor. I've never seen a storm like it. So what's coming up in June class wise? So looking forward to this class with my Clinical students tonight. It's the 3rd module of their Summer EO's. Technically Full Moon was last night, but the energies are still there to release, re-set and manifest! Do you know where the saying "Once in a Blue Moon" comes from? It's when we have 2 Full Moons in the same month! Tonight we are going with: Mullilam = calm space to focus. Jatamansi = forgiveness Hakka = manifestation Bog Myrtle = to remove "disruptions" to your manifestations African Bluegrass = going deeper into your calm Zedoary = "Nothingness" just in time for bed. As I do with any EO class that involves meditation, I did a "run through" earlier, and it was serene and blissful!
