Who has a flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ?
...and who wants one? ๐Ÿ‘‰ If you have your flame: Show off your flame and effort on Skool. Screen shot your profile and drop it in the comments. ๐Ÿ‘‰ If you want a flame: Drop a ๐Ÿ”ฅ in the comments. The flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ = your activity streak + contribution level It shows: - You show up consistently - You engage (not just lurk) - Youโ€™re part of the community energy Check out the comments for ways to get your flame

I think Iโ€™m in the minority โ€” I am never motivated by rewards or leaderboards or gamification. I guess it works for most? Whatโ€™s the appeal? Is it the competition?
I switched back to public communities
Iโ€™ve played around with public and private settings in my freemium communities. Today, I flipped back to PUBLIC. AI is reading through google seeing my posts and people talking about me and now Claude or Gemini are recommending people to my community for me. So hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ if you can go public I would.

Iโ€™m not sure how I feel about being in a public group, especially if I shared in discussions thinking there was a layer of privacy between the group and the worldwide internet. As a member, Iโ€™d think twice about posting.
๐Ÿ๏ธ Work From Homeโ€ฆ or Live While You Work?
Thereโ€™s a version of โ€œfreedomโ€ no one talks about. The one where you leave your 9โ€“5โ€ฆ only to find yourself working more Or the one surrounded by laundry, dishes, and โ€œone more thing.โ€ Working from home can quietly turn into: ๐Ÿ‘‰ endless to-do lists ๐Ÿ‘‰ blurred boundaries ๐Ÿ‘‰ your business becoming your whole identity Because youโ€™re always thereโ€ฆ you just keep going. But this week in Florida reminded me of something different. When you shift into a more nomadic mindset โ€” even temporarily โ€” everything changes: โœจ You give your work a container โœจ You make faster decisions โœจ You prioritize what actually matters โœจ You stop chasing every idea โœจ You go outside, explore, connect, live You still get your work done. You just donโ€™t let it take over your life. And hereโ€™s the truthโ€ฆ Itโ€™s not really about where you are. It's about how you choose to show up inside your life and business. You donโ€™t need a plane ticket to do this. But you do need boundaries, intention, and a willingness to not do everything. So hereโ€™s the question: Are you building a business that keeps you at home workingโ€ฆor one that lets you actually experience your life? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Drop your answer below:

Working from home, and that's a-okay with me right now! Today I made soup when I needed a break from work, and on other days I do an online fitness class. Best of all, I'm home when the kids get home from school.
YOU WROTE A BOOK. AN ACTUAL BOOK.
Thatโ€™s no small thing. You got the ideas out of your head and onto the page. You shaped them, refined them, and shared them. And thenโ€ฆ you went back to your work, your clients, your programs, your day-to-day responsibilities. So maybe it gets mentioned. Gifted. Occasionally, you promote it. Sales are decent. And you're proud of it. As you should be. (I'm a book coach. I know how much work it was for you.) But have you considered it might be a powerful tool you can use in your Skool community? Your book doesn't need to be a separate project. It can be part of the experience you offer in your Skool community or in your business as a whole. That's what I'll be prompting you to explore this idea in my Built to Be Seen summit session next week, "Your Book as Growth Tool in Skool." It's especially for writers of memoir and nonfiction. We're exploring this question: โžก๏ธ Where does your book fit in the transformation you help people move through? Clarify the transformation you deliver and align your book, community, and offers around one clear direction. Over to you: Have you published a book, or do you have one in progress? I'd love to hear from you โ–บ Where do you position your book in your business?
