I got an apprenticeship!
Hi everyone, I just wanted to come on here and announce that I am starting a Level 3 Junior Media Executive Apprenticeship. After achieving ABB in my A-Levels, I was eager to find an apprenticeship in the Marketing/Media industry. I’m excited for this new opportunity and to learn foundational skills about the Marketing/Media industry which I can apply in my future career. When initially searching for apprenticeships, I was more leaning towards a Degree Apprenticeship, but I figured that by learning the foundational skills in a Level 3 Apprenticeship will allow me to gain valuable knowledge of the industry and help me to further progress if I want to pursue a DA in the future.

I like how structured the cover letter guide is - I feel like that’s something a lot of us struggle with when it comes to cover letter writing. Moreover, it’s tailored to specific extracurriculars like the EPQ and works across all sectors simultaneously. The examples of cover letters are also good for fluency/comparison. I think this is a really good resource all in all!
📢 Quick Update – What’s Happening Behind the Scenes
Been quiet here - I’ve been finishing exams + many of you had A-Levels too. Respect if that’s you. Vanguards Academy (Name change!) is now officially incorporated. We’re building out all the paid offers (CV rewrites, Interview Vault, full course, mock prep, etc.) – done properly, spending weeks in development. Paid Ambassador Roles are also coming soon – for those who want to help grow this from the inside. This free Skool community is also paused for now while we build. Appreciate everyone still here - Big updates coming.

Hi John, sorry for the late response - currently doing A-Levels. I would recommend buying the LNAT ultimate guide second hand and completing the multiple choice questions daily. I did 5 a day from August - and essay plans every other day. I would recommend writing out full essays as well, once a week and build this up close to your exam. When it comes to booking it, the bookings open 1st August. They should be open before 7 if I remember correctly, and I’d recommend doing it as early as possible - before school ideally. With a month or so of consistent preparation, you can get a really good score!! Arbitio is also a good platform - it doesn’t reflect the LNAT but prepares you properly for any harder questions. You can ask people about accessing their account, or share discount codes around as when people sign up, they get 10% to refer to others! I hope this helps, I’ll drop some helpful websites here soon :)
