NIMIQ BOUNTY
Something exciting is coming to the Nimiq ecosystem. After refining our original idea based on community feedback, we're excited to introduce NIMIQ BOUNTY. A mini app that connects creators with contributors, making it simple to post tasks, complete work, and get paid in NIM through a transparent and secure workflow. We're still building and refining the experience, but we can't wait to share our progress with the community. Stay tuned for updates, sneak peeks, and our first demo.

@Haleemah Abdulazeez That's great! It's what this community is about! I'm curious to know who is on your team?
NIMIQ BOUNTY
One of the biggest challenges in online freelancing is trust. How do you know you'll get paid? How do you know the work will actually be delivered? That's the problem we're setting out to solve with Nimiq Bounty. We're excited to share more as we continue building.
NIMIQ BOUNTY
So true! These are huge problems in the freelancing industry... trust and the guarantee that the work will be delivered and done properly. I've personally often struggled with that lol
Pods: My answer to lack of consistency.
I started building Pods because I kept facing a problem: I had ideas I genuinely wanted to build, but I struggled to stay consistent and ship them. So I decided to build the solution I needed for myself. Pods combines an upfront Testnet NIM commitment, clear daily goals, proof of work, and a collaborative space where your teammates can follow the progress and keep each other accountable. The first Pods beta is now live on Nimiq Testnet at https://pods-nimiq-activity.up.railway.app. My hope is to make building feel less like a solo battle. You can create a Pod, bring your teammates together, define what you want to accomplish, share what you ship, and build consistently as a crew. We are also building Pods inside Pods and sharing that journey publicly. You can follow the room at https://pods-nimiq-activity.up.railway.app/pods/82663fcc-0f27-4b38-8432-d4c5986a0e70/room. This is an early Testnet beta, so I would genuinely value your feedback. Teams building for the nimiq app or anyone building anything with a team, try it, create your pod and lets build together. Tell me what feels useful, what gets in your way, and what would make Pods something you would return to regularly. Commit, show the work, and build together.
Pods: My answer to lack of consistency.
First of all, the best builds always come from problems you've had yourself and wished you had a solution for, so this is perfect!! Second, this is so fitting for the Mini Apps Competition. One of the biggest reasons so many of you joined is having all these ideas but never having a reason to actually deliver them. And I love how Pods complements that by giving builders inside this community a tool to collaborate better, ship in teams, not just solo. That's exactly what Find a Cofounder is about but you've turned it into a product which is really original! And this community is your exact target market which makes the launching of your Mini App so much easier (I see what you did there 😉).Excited to see where this goes! I am curious to understand a bit more how it works though, is it more like a project management tool where you track tasks and progress? Or is it more of an accountability space with meeting rooms where builders connect and check in on each other? And when you say "proof of work," what does that look like in practice, are builders posting screenshots, demos, commits? Would love to understand the flow more concretely.
How to pay gas fees when payment is done in USDT?
Hi team, I'm trying to implement the payment and tracking of the transactions whenever the user of my mini-app pays the credits using USDT in addition to NIM (which is working well). When I tried to pay using USDT I received an error due to not (POL/MATIC) for gas fees. What do you recommend on how to proceed? What I'm overlooking? Thanks
I might be wrong but i do not believe you can pay for gas fees in USDT
