Hi everyone
Im Gago, been in ecom for a while and started running meta ads in 2025 mainly in fashion dropshipping. had a pretty good run at the start, did around 120k $ revenue with about 18% net margin in roughly 2 months. was doing "only" 50k revenue in the next 5months after that. after that i tried to switch into google dropshipping but ran into quite a few issues and it didnt really work out the way i expected. because of that im now shifting my full focus back to meta. right now my biggest problem is creatives and building proper workflows around them. i want to figure out how to consistently create good creatives without doing everything manually all the time. i have worked a lot with higgsfield already and now trying to understand how to connect it with claude to build more automated systems. goal is to use competitor research and winning ad copies and turn that into creatives that actually perform. also interested in using claude for shop optimizations and generally saving time with better workflows. hoping to learn from people here and improve my setup. looking forward to connecting. im always open for a chat 🙂

Hey Gago, great connecting on the call earlier, welcome to the community. Quick recap of what we covered so it's all in one place (and useful for anyone reading this who's in a similar spot). On the fashion store, don't write off what worked last summer. You had a winning product, profitable structure, ROAS 2+, AOV around 100 CHF. Demand for dresses doesn't just vanish. When an account stops working like that it's almost always something else creative fatigue, account getting flagged, CPMs spiking, fulfillment issues triggering reports. Worth digging into the account to understand what actually happened before assuming the product died. Same point on the domain change, every time you switch domains you reset SEO, organic searches, branded traffic, the lot. If you go back into a similar fashion play, pick one domain and commit to it. For right now, focus on getting back online. Sole proprietor / personal name is fine to start. Make money first, sort out the Hong Kong structure once you're actually scaling — no point dropping $25k+ on setup before there's anything flowing through it. Once the store is live again (sounds like end of this week), send me view access to the ad account through Skool chat. We'll jump on another call and go through everything — what worked before, what didn't, where the leaks are. That's the fastest way to get value out of the community. On Claude I agree it's the right place to put your time, especially with you working evenings + Mondays/Tuesdays. The leverage is in things you do daily: creatives, competitor analysis, ad optimization. Product research is more of a one-time job so I wouldn't over-engineer that side. We've got videos in the classroom and more tutorials coming.

Facebook Campaign Declining After Strong Start — Ad Fatigue or Something Else?
Hi all, I'd love some feedback on a campaign that had a strong start but deteriorated significantly over time. — CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW — Period: January 6 – March 10, 2026 Total spend: €1,651.12 Total results: 137 purchases Overall CPP: €12.05 Budget: €30/day (daily) — WHAT HAPPENED — Phase 1 (Jan 6–17): Strong learning phase. CPP was consistently €4–7. The algorithm found the right audience quickly. Phase 2 (Jan 18 – Feb 16): High volatility. CPP swung between €5 and €35 with several days of zero conversions. Signs of audience saturation starting to show. Phase 3 (Feb 17 – Mar 10): Sharp decline. Spend increased (peaked at €79/day on Feb 28) while conversions nearly disappeared. Classic ad fatigue pattern. — WHAT I'VE TRIED — I tested new creatives to refresh the campaign, but they didn't gain traction and I ended up pausing them. I reverted to the original ad that was producing results, but performance hasn't recovered to early levels. Any insights would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

FB Ads Optimization for Clothing brand
Hey everyone! 👋 I'd love some advice on the best campaign structure strategy for my type of product, especially with Meta's new Andromeda update. Here's my situation: I have a large number of SKUs, so it's not practical for me to run a full separate strategy for each one (Advantage+, Interest targeting, Creative Testing, and Retargeting as individual campaigns per SKU). My question is: Can I consolidate everything into ONE campaign per SKU, with multiple ad sets inside it, like this? • Ad Set 1 → Advantage+ • Ad Set 2 → Creative Testing • Ad Set 3 → Interest Testing • Ad Set 4 → Retargeting And then place all the creatives at the ad level within each ad set. I'm sharing a screenshot of my ad account below. Does this structure make sense, or would it hurt performance? Any experience with this kind of setup under the new Andromeda changes? Thanks in advance! 🙏
