Hello From Colorado!
My name is Pamela. I live in the Rocky Mountains of Northern Colorado. I am an author and the founder of The SoulVoice Studio (free in Skool) where I help online entrepreneurs, speakers and community owners unlock the hidden power of their natural voice so they can speak with confidence and clarity and consistently attract those they are here to serve. At 38-years-old, I healed naturally from a chronic illness that had caused me to lose my voice. I did that by singing in an abandoned grain silo and immersing myself in the beauty of nature. I went on to become an award-winning children's singer /songwriter and later worked as a researcher in the pioneering field of vibrational healing and the power of the human voice. For the past 10 years, I have run a successful online business working as a SoulVoice Mentor serving private clients from around the world while also caring for both of my aging parents in their final years. Now that they have both passed I have started my community to offer hands-on group experiences and Soul-Led Leadership programs that model how to earn passive and recurring income online working part time. I am so grateful to land here, where I can both support and encourage others and receive support and encouragement as I step into this new chapter in my entrepreneurial journey!

@Staci Farrell thank you so much!
๐Ÿ’™Posting More Is Not a Personality.
Three things that kill visibility before you even start. 1. Waiting until everything is perfect before showing up. 2. Posting about what you do instead of what they feel. 3. Disappearing for two weeks and reappearing with an offer. Presence is not a launch strategy. It is a daily practice.

Truth.
๐Ÿ’™Your content isn't failing...
your Timeline is Off. Nobody talks about this part of building online after 45. You do not have an audience problem. You have a trust lag problem. Your woman has been burned by hype. She has read the promises. She has bought the thing that did not work. She needs more touches before she moves. Not because she is slow. Because she is smart. Your content is not failing. Your timeline expectation is off.

My heart sits down just reading this. There is nothing to force.
๐Ÿ’™The women I work with are not starting over.
They are starting from experience. There is a difference, and most people miss it. Starting over means wiping the slate. Starting from experience means the slate already has decades of proof on it. Different starting point. Different result.

@Alida Vermeulen I am enjoying your community. Moments to pause, reflect on the wisdom I have gathered, remember who I am, and clarify my intentions.
When your brain feels like it's got too many tabs open...
You know that feeling when your mind has about 29 tabs open at once? When my head feels like that, one tool I use a lot is the GROW model: ๐ŸŒฑ Goal โ€” What do you want here? Try to put it into one clear sentence. ๐Ÿƒ Reality โ€” Whatโ€™s going on right now? Whatโ€™s getting in the way? ๐ŸŒพ Options โ€” What could you do? List a few ideas, even if theyโ€™re not perfect. ๐ŸŒป Way forward โ€” Whatโ€™s one small step youโ€™ll take next? I like it because it helps you pause, look at the tabs, and choose which one needs your attention first ๐ŸŒผ ๐ŸŒท You can write it down for yourself, or use it in a conversation with someone else. Would you use this when your brain feels like it has too many tabs open? If you want more simple tools like this, I share them inside the Coaching Resource Room, where Iโ€™m building and testing coaching resources each week ๐ŸŒบ Youโ€™re welcome to join us here ๐ŸŒฟ
